Best of Meghalaya | 18-39 Group Departure Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Kaziranga

Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway station, get transferred to Kaziranga. Once you arrive, check in to your hotel and relax. You can get to know your fellow group travellers and cheer up for the exciting days that lie ahead.

Day 2
Kaziranga National Park Jeep Safari | Transfer to Shillong

Early in the morning, get ready to enjoy a thrilling Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park. Drive through the park's diverse landscapes and look for one-horned rhinoceroses, tigers and other wildlife. Later, get transferred back to the hotel, check out and continue your journey to Shillong.

Day 3
Transfer to Cherrapunji

Check out and get transferred to Cherrapunji. En route take a detour to visit Laitlum Canyon, Mawkdok Dympep viewpoint, Elephant Falls, Arwah Caves, Nohkalikai Falls & Seven Sister Falls. After the tour, continue to Cherrapunji and as you arrive, get transferred to the hotel and check-in.

Day 4
Trek to Nongriat | Double Decker Root Bridge

Get transferred to Tyrna village, the startring point of the trek. From there, ascend almost 3500 steps to reach Nongriat with local guide. As you arrive, witness Double Decker Root Bridge, a natural marvel. By evening, descend back to Tyrna and from there, get transferred back to the hotel.

  • Any activities or transfers not specified in the itinerary are not part of the package and require separate arrangements

  • Scheduled airport pick-up and drop-off will be arranged based on fixed times.
  • Travelers are advised to book flights according to suggested timings. If the flight arrival time deviates from the schedule and the airport pick-up is missed, the traveler must arrange transfers independently.
