A small populous village of Kinnaur, Ribba is nestled at the height of around 3745 meters above the sea. The village is abundant in Pine nuts and this is how it got its another name, “Rirang”. Nestled at an altitude of 2290 meters above the sea, the district headquarter of Recong Peo offers panoramic views of Kinnaur Kailash.Recong Peo also forms an entry point of the town Kalpa which is another natural spot in Kinnaur. A beautiful village situated in Pooh Tehsil in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, Namgia is adorned with lush green fields of buckwheat, barley, turnips, apricots, and vines.
