Puttingal Temple Overview

An ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Bhagavati is situated in Paravur village on a small ant hill, known as Puttu. This temple in Kollam is one of the most sacred destinations for worship and celebrates the birth of the goddess every year in the month of Meenam- March or April.
