The complex is divided into distinct zones. Adventure Land features large-scale rides, including the 62-metre-high Hyper Coaster reaching speeds of 115 km/h and the Typhoon Coaster with a steep water descent. Aqua Land includes over 50 slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and the Space Rocket slide. Areas like Masha and the Bear Land of Laughter and Nickelodeon Land are created for younger guests, offering smaller rides, themed play zones, and character-themed experiences.
Marine activities are part of the programme, with dolphin shows, underwater walking experiences, and aquarium-style encounters. A gondola canal runs through the shopping street, where parades and water-light shows are staged in the evening.
