Car unit: Proton Saga or similar
Good for groups of 3 passengers or less
Can fit 3 pieces of small luggage (24in)

Minivan
Car unit: Minivan or similar
Good for groups of 4-9 passengers or less
Can fit 4 pieces of small luggage (24in) or 2 pieces of large luggage (25-30in)

Hotel Pick Up:
Pick Up Location: Hotels within Tanjung Aru, Sembulan, and Kota Kinabalu city
Please be at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up
The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
Pick up and drop off services are available for hotels in the specified areas only. Please fill out your hotel name in the space provided when booking

Airport Pick Up
Drop Off Location: Hotels within Tanjung Aru, Sembulan, and Kota Kinabalu city
The driver will only wait up to 90 minutes after landing. Should your flight be delayed, please contact the operator immediately
Look for the representative holding a Thrillophilia sign with the primary traveller's name at the Arrival Hall (Terminal 1)
The representative will contact the driver upon your arrival

Note:
Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge of MYR50/stop per hour, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.
This is a one-way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service.
There is no accommodation for special luggage such as sports equipment, music instruments wheelchairs and etc. Please make another booking if the number of luggage are more than suggested.
