    1. How to use the booking voucher?

      Once your Kiulu Rafting booking is confirmed and your voucher is emailed to you, you may print it out or save a copy on your mobile device.

      On the day of the activity, prior to the pick-up, you will be asked to present either the printed copy or the mobile voucher for this activity.

      Note that this voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified on the voucher and cannot be cancelled.

    2. What is the best time to go for Kiulu rafting?

      Pretty much any time of the year is a good time to experience the thrilling white water rapids, however, the waters do tend to get slightly choppy from May to November, during the monsoons.

      If you’re one who loves an adrenaline rush and fears nothing, you can check out this destination during the monsoons too.
