  • From Monday to Friday, the first tramcar departs at 10:00 AM. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the first tramcar departs earlier at 8:00 AM. The last tramcar up is at 8:00 PM, and the last tramcar down departs at 9:30 PM. Tramcars operate at least every 30 minutes throughout the day.
  • The tram ride takes approximately 10 minutes each way, but wait times may increase during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Children under 2 years can ride for free but must have a boarding pass, which can only be collected on the day of the visit from the tramway ticket booth.
  • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older at all times.
  • Temperatures at the Mountain Station can be 20–30°F cooler than Palm Springs. Carry warm layers, especially in winter, and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
  • Tramway operations may be delayed or suspended due to high winds, storms, or maintenance. Check conditions before visiting.
