Advisory

Each pass admits one person only.

Pass mandatory for all ages

A pass shall not be a valid pass if the same has been tampered with.

Pass once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Duplicate pass will not be issued for lost or stolen pass.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical pass.

Pay and park facility is available inside the Mall. Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the event.

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a pass would lead to seizure or cancellation of that pass without refund or other compensation.

Organizers reserves the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.

This is a wrist-band access event. Wrist-bands will be issued at the venue and will enable access to main event area.

Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.

Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.

Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests.

The holder of this pass hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

No Outside Food/Beverages allowed.

Smoking and consumption drugs or other illegal substances, on the premises, is strictly forbidden.

First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.

Management reserves right to admission and/or remove any patron from the center who is disorderly, unlawful or offensive.

The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holders of the pass from the venue after they have entered the ground.

All rules of SMAAASH Management apply to the bearer of the pass.

Alcohol will be served to only 25+ patrons only.

Smaaash reserves the right to admission and also the right to take action for unacceptable behavior.

Tour Type

This is a group tour

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days

All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

The dance party was an unforgettable one. A great one indeed. So much of good food and drinks. Nice dancing floor with glittering lights. The floor was really fantastic. People were dancing in pairs and in groups and they seemed enjoying the party very well. The organizers must have put a lot of effort to make the night so glamorous. It was evident. I felt it was overpriced before arriving the place. However, after the party I realized it was very reasonable. Thank you guys.
