The tour lasts for 9 hours, starting at 8:30 AM, with a focus on Dharavi in the morning and traditional Mumbai sights in the afternoon.
The activity requires a minimum of 2 participants to confirm the booking.
Participants are requested to dress modestly to respect local customs.
The guide will ensure your safety throughout the tour and provide information on local customs and etiquette.
The tour includes a private guide, visits to Dharavi’s industries and community center, and iconic Mumbai landmarks, along with pick-up and drop-off from your hotel.
Kindly carry a valid ID proof during the activity. PAN card will not be considered as an identity proof.
Photography is strictly prohibited during the tour to respect the privacy and dignity of Dharavi’s residents.
All transfers will be conducted in an air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable journey.
The activity details will be shared with you after the booking.
Enjoy an optional vegetarian lunch with a local family for a deeper cultural experience, or select from nearby restaurant options (at your own expense).

The tour guide was informative in which introduce us all the main things at the slum as well with proper description and even replied to our questions in the best way as well as very careful about our safety during the walk in the slum and check on us all the time which we felt safe the whole 2 and half hour. very educational tour and really worth the visit and worth the price we spend on this rare tour.

So different experiences offered by Thrillophilia, We get all that has been mentioned in the itinerary. The view of the slum it was something I would never ever forget. Special thanks to our tour guide who was very experienced about the slum area and know better about their lifestyle and shared with us the story of the people which was really nice to hear, The slum were busy with their work and don't stare at us and they don't beg from us instead we gave them something that we can. Guys don't miss this tour when you are around Mumbai.

If you are in Mumbai, then this is a must try. It takes less than a day, and it is worth it. Thanks and Kudos to the organizers for organizing this in a hassle free manner. People can actually do charity, and I feel even giving up our car travel for a day and pooling the cash that was saved for the fuel can be a great help. One must try taking this tour to know a lot on what’s wrong with the society and how impartial it is.

Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation is made 3 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel, 40.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
