Know Before You Go for Kolad Zipline

Children under the age of 15 years are not allowed to avail the activity.
A minimum and a maximum weight of 35 kg and 100 kg, respectively, are permitted to avail the activity.
Listen to the instructions by the instructor carefully.
Use the equipment carefully without damaging them.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Outside food/Beverages are not permitted.
No consumption of Alcohol allowed inside.
It neither requires previous experience nor special skills.
For safety purposes, activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.

Zipline is really a fun activity that you must try it at least once, don't miss it when you around Kolad, the place really good for this activity, we really enjoyed alot, the staff was friendly and supportive, the price is not that expensive and the activity was safe and suits for everyone... Great experience with lifetime memory to cherished.

Online booking with Thrillophilia is cheaper than booking on the ground the staff there was very nice and respectful towards the visitor, the safety equipment like helmet and gloves was good which we felt secure the entire activity, the fall from the station truly gave us amazing adrenaline rush the activity last for 15-minutes but it was really satisfied with amazing views of the place, Overall this zipline at Kolad was really great which truly worth to visit again shortly

Kolad Zipline Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
