Overview

Tosh is a small village located in Himachal Pradesh. Tosh offers an amalgamated view of the Himalayas and the lush green cover. There are many such pretty villages located in the proximity of Tosh, which are more secluded and more beautiful.

About the Hike

The tour starts from the campsite which is at a distance of 2 km from Barshaini. You will be allocated your camps and then after getting fresh, the hike will start from the campsite. This is a one day hike to the four villages named Kalga, Phulga, Tulga, Kutla located in the proximity of Tosh. You will hike through the bridge over Parvati river and lush green cover. Witness the breathtaking view of clouds over the valley under the gaze of a snowy peak.

Kalga village is set above a dam project and has many guesthouses surrounded by apple orchards. It is a perfect example of traditional Himachal village. Your next stop would be Pulga village which is famed worldwide amongst the travelers as a fairy forest. A dense deodar jungle located right next to the village and the view of mighty Himalayas will please your eyes as well as your soul. Tulga is the most secluded and hidden village out of all.

After a tiring hike to the villages, you can sit in the cafe and enjoy the pleasant weather with a beautiful view. Spend a night in the camps at the beautiful village and enjoy the bonfire with your friends and family.

You have to reach the campsite which is just 2 km away from Barshaini.
Taking private transport is advisable to reach Barshaini.
