Not a great place for Day out. 1) Indoor area was mess with cement bags and dust. 2) No coordinator to provide Indoor/Outdoor game items. 2) Very less variety for buffet food with avg. food quality. 3) Small pool with lot of chlorine powder. 4) DJ/Rain dance was ok. Would not recommend for team outing/day out.

I have been here with my company day outing of around 70 people. i felt it a very bored place. the similar enjoyment we can have in city too. we are not been there to play Carroms, TT, Badminton which are available at our cafeteria also. There are hardly 2-3 games which you might find different.its not a lake. a small pond. The jet ski was little better. All the activities we need to pay Rs.300 each.

Lousy place! There is no service to speak of. 1. Welcome drink in a paper cup (!) containing what tasted like watered down mirinda 2. The pool was being cleaned at 11am and could not be used for 2-3 until cleaning was completed. 3. Instructor was not available so water activities not possible. Anyway the so called lake was so small, it was more like a small pond and would take not more than a few minutes across and back 4. Restaurant was a kind of barn. Very cramped with plastic chairs. Food was worse than lousy! Everything was cold. They dont even serve water on the table. There was a bisleri can with plastic cups. So we are supposed to go and get water ourselves. Dessert was a single gulab jamun served in a plastic cup! 5. Children's play area consisted of one slide, two see-saws and one short swing. And you have to cross a grassy area with sewage water to reach the so called children's park area. This is the first time i used thrillophilia, i dont know whom to blame more - thrillophilia for promoting such a lousy place or the resort management for not caring at all. Wonder if I will risk another booking through thrillophilia to find out

One of the worst experiences. I reserved the ride 4days ahead of the selected date, followed up a day earlier and checked the best time that suited them to fly. They said we could go for the ride at 9:45am - however, on arrival we were told that there is extra fuel on the air craft and they need to exhaust it..so we sat looking at them fly for an hour post which they came and told that flying was now closed for an hour. After waiting for an hour, they again postponed it to 30 minutes. Post which we were asked to stay for more 2 hours to get a signal to fly for 15minutes. All this because some VIP was flying to Bangalore. They really could have done a better job (or at least acceptable work) if only - 1. they checked on the whole fuel fiasco a day before, we could have gone for a ride and finished off in 15 minutes, rather than us sitting and looking at them like fools. 2. they could have figured out the right time to fly, communicated the same and stuck to the schedule. It was a horrible experience for me to go all the way from one point of the city to another just to sit and waste my time. Please pull up a better act of services next time.

The details of the description doesn't match the policy of the wine company. They gave 4 wines for testing instead of 5 mentioned here. Also the production of wine is not started yet so they don't have live show but just the theoretical details about wine processing.

Hi, just got back from a VOF trek. This is the experience of our entire team summed up. Dear Rohan, here is an account of what the trekkers had to face during our Valley of Flowers and Hemkunth Sahib trek from 12-17 Aug 18. There was no one to guide the trekkers to the bus at Haridwar station and none to brief us all as to where were we headed, what lies ahead and what to expect. Essentially there was no welcome feel at all. This started the tone for what was to follow. The delay due to natural causes was understood by the trekkers but the bus breakdown showed us the real casual and lackadaisical side of your company. I will also attach a video for you to see and the same will also be posted on other websites. The worst part was that your company people including you completely absolved yourself of all responsibility of the trekkers and were willing to put us through grave danger by continuing to ask us to drive till Ghangariya whereas it was clearly known to you all (and not us) that we will not be allowed to proceed beyond Gauchar. We finally spoke to you and halted at Srinagar for which we ‘paid directly’. A caveat which was amply used by the vendor at all conceivable places. It was sickening till the end that all vendor was interested in was money and the trekkers are damned. The next day ALL trekkers had boarded the bus at 0400 hrs as asked for. This showed our zeal and commitment but that was to be taken for a ride shortly. The accommodation at Ghangariya left much to be desired. Once again local restrictions were brought to the fore. But we fail to understand as to how arranging for good hygiene has anything to do with any place. It was lack of coordination and empathy at its best. The food served on all days except dinner on the last day was unpalatable and served in less than pathetic conditions. While the other groups were being looked after by their trek guides and teams we were left to fend for ourselves. The food was served in really bad and unhygienic casseroles and utensils and at one instance the cook even said ‘ pata nahi kyun aa jaate hain ye sab yahan par!!’ Need I say more. We were made to have food in an open corridor without any seating. I have already told you about the behaviour of one guy Ram regarding his reply to the hot water request from a trekker of another group. Mr Yogi too was very brash and all he kept reminding us of was that everything is ‘directly payable’ as if the trekker were a bunch of thugs who would run away. Except for day one, generic briefing, there was practically no briefing done, no interest shown and no guidance given. How much does it really take to keep an enthusiastic group looking forward to things and carrying back good memories. Valley of Flowers and Hemkunth Sahib both have a rich and fantastic story that the vendor team could have told us but alas! All they were ever interested in was ‘direct payment!!’ It is unfathomable that having paid over 10k each we still had to pay for a bucket of hot water!!! Incredible! Next up was the absolute lack of care and concern. During the trek, some of our injured or tired trekkers were helped by trek leaders of INDIAHIKES. On the last day when coming down to Govindghat, some injured trekkers were made to expedite saying that vehicles are waiting for long but on reaching the place there were no vehicles. All other groups kept leaving while our organizer's groups were left high waiting. The place where we were made to dine in Govindghat was an unfinished room. There was no place to even sit properly. People had to make do with broken camp tripod stools. Essentially everything points to the following:- 1. Lack of coordination. 2. Lack of empathy and interest in organising what could have been such a memorable and beautiful trek. 3. Pitiful lack of hygiene. The bathroom, buckets and the blankets at Ghangariya were prime examples. 4. Complete lack of ownership and responsibility. Other than you no one was in charge or answerable. Then pray what were they doing there?!! 5. Lack of even safety of the trekkers which was unnerving. 6. Only interest was shown in getting direct payments and that too in a manner as if the trekkers were goons or thugs who at the first moment would run away. Asking for extras could have certainly been done in a more polite and courteous manner. 7. No briefing of any sorts during the trek. 8. Unpalatable food which was paid for. On day-1, stale food was packed which all the trekkers had to throw and then were compensated by part Maggi at one stop. 9. One of the bus drivers Rawat was dangerous. He was rash and negligent putting all of us at risk. He needs to be removed immediately. The bus drivers treated the trekkers as cargo and not as customers or holiday group. They were only interested in delivery. The vendor is spoiling the name of this beautiful valley and trek and so is the town of Ghangaria, where people are only interested in fleecing customers and making the most of season. There is no service mentality and will ultimately effect the tourism to that area. People like the organisers whom we had to deal with are unprofessional, rude and irresponsible. This is a major accident waiting to happen.

Hello everyone,I want to share some of mine personal experiences here.We just visited this Camp which is known by CALL OF THE WILD in Thrillophillia.First of all,I would like to say that there is one caretaker who is known by the name Bahadur in the entire camp. No guide ,nothing.U have to take up activities of your own which is not interesting. Also,Very few activities.Secondly ,there are people(Other Groups) who don't sleep and make noise openly for the whole night due to which you can't even sleep a while ,Also there is no one from the management to look after those guys/groups.Thirdly,They don't serve healthy food.Food is OK but not according to the camp site. Above all,Toiletries and all are cleanedat the beginning but after regular use,no one to look after those. There is nothing to enjoy much.If you are going in group then its a place to hang out but why one would go so far (roads very bad)to hang out only.Overall a bad experience. I won't recommend anyone to go so far with hope and come out hopeless.Thank you

We did not enjoy ..primarily because we did not get the promised Yatch.Reasons given was unavailability and then again, what we finally go was different than earlier.I would not recommend based on false promises made.

The trip was delayed by 45 minutes. the overall timespan of the trip was thus, 1 hr and 15 minutes instead of 2 hrs. We were made to wait I the boat for a good 25 minutes before the team came on board. Otherwise trip was okay.

Scuba diving experience was good. And the island was also superb. But the worst thing was the food and the way they have served it. The lunch was dreadful. They served some worst quality daal & rice for vegetarians and fish for non vegetarian. They made us stand on the beach without any chair or any other arrangements. We had to stand in the long queue under the scorching heat of the Sun and had to stand and eat like savages. So, don't fall victim of the free lunch thing.

one of the worst experiences.. the camp is utterly ill equipped..filthy pool..dirty washrooms.. no drinking water.. no fridge.. no facilities at all.. the infrastructure made is equivalent to committing fraud to sell something so horrible at this price..we finally could not risk to stay at the place and had to pay again to the indus flying club to stay for the night.. which is 10000 times better then this sham of a place

the lunch was a disappointment. The staff was not geared to serve the orders placed at the live counters. the emphasis was to cater to the corporate event which was going on simultaneously. the equipment for the free activities was practically missing. the paid activities were too expensive. we did those inspite of the expense otherwise we would wasted our day
