Pickup and drop facility were not good.In 6 seater innnova they people he make to seat 8 people...food is really not good.. tasteless and cheap.. was serve in bad way.. otherwise nice place.. but unfortunatlly disappointed...

Pros: Excellent sight seeing and experience. Good lunch. Cons: Boat was dirty. Boat's changing room is the worst one I have ever seen. Breakfast was cold and there is only one option of beer and also that being the cheapest one. My suggestion: If you have been on a boat ride in the sea before and have done snorkelling, don't go for this.

Don't go for this if you are really looking to have scuba or snorkel, not more than a joke on that front. Beach barbecue is like a flea market and not a place to be in season. Staff and people are courteous and very helping so that's a comfort but not much to say about the core idea of a snorkel or scuba not the water to have any fun at all its more like just a dive.

Good & Clean Resort but very poorly maintained. Courteous staff but hardly found when needed. Don't go by the list of activities on the website or what they say, as hardly any of them is working or was in poor condition. Food is nothing to look forward too. Very average taste and items are more or less a repeat between lunch & dinner. I personally wouldn't go there again. Not a value for money resort.

Location is awesome and that is all you get here. Everything else sucks. Common and dirty restrooms, so you can forget about taking your family here. Dingy rooms, soiled bedsheets and what not.

my experience inside the camp is average, its not worth for money what i have paid. Tent is good, cultural programs are nice food is below average, no desert view, camel safari is just for 20 minutes.! Note- this is my personal experience, may be at the peak winter the camp would be nice.

The amenities weren't maintained well , for eg the TT bats were broken on either side, carrom counters too. The washroom (atleast the ladies one) was terribly maintained. Even the floor condition wasn't good. The food was OK & staff courteous.

well the tour operator was very rude. Even though the sales person who had introduced me to this package that they shall pick us up from hotel, nothing like that happened.Then AC was not started even when told. He had poor managing skills as the groups travelling with me to dudhsagar falls,made the rest of group wait, but he didn't say anything to them. Also, there was money issue.Then he dropped me in ponda saying bus can't go to Panjim, so basilica of bom Jesus was not shown. Overall it was just OK experience as the tour operator was not cooperative.

Maybe because of the time we went (Early March), we did not like the environment. It was bit hot on daytime and cold from midnight till morning and less greenery. The Food was not at all good, even after informing them of the first meal we had after arriving the never taken it into consideration. A day before we reached I called them and asked about the amities they provide, and I specifically asked for the Music system and timings. For which the owner/manager said that they will provide music system and it will be allowed until 11 to 11:30 PM and the food will be served as per our convenience. On the evening of the camping, just before the bonfire, they informed us that the music system has been given for repair in Madikeri some 3 days ago. When I tried to talk to the owner/manager, he never came out to speak to us. 2 Stars for the early morning nature walk in the green coffee plantation, with white flowers on them, which was beautiful.

good - food was good bad- arrangements were not proper as we went on friday-saturday trip. out of mentioned 20+ activities, only 3-4 were actually there. when we started doing activities, they wasted 20 mins before to set it up. we asked them to set it up beforehand but they kept telling us it will only take 5 mins, but it took more than 20 mins. kayaking only 2 boats were there that too single sitter. we have to wait long among ourselves and just had to return within 5 mins so that others can go as well.

It was very crowded as a place, mostly in dining area. The Mist dance floor was utter small for a weekend crowd, when large number is expected. The number of indoor games board/table does not equip to large crowd. The bicycles are not well maintained. Food is not good. Apart from regular Veg Pakoda served with High tea, there could be 1/2 options more. I think, the administration should maintain an upper cut for allowing the number of booking. This will help the place rejuvenate as a perfect weekend gateway for the public who wants to leave behind the ugly crowd and spend time for themselves or family.

Extremely average setup and not worth the trouble for now, till maybe Sula improves the experience. Winery closed due to renovation, restaurant serves average fare. Grapes too small in December, will ripen by Feb-Mar.

Very small location. If u reach late and miss tracking. There is literally nothing to pass time there.Water activities are decent.

Honest reviews: Nothing much to explore....no events,,.no activities....Not spacious at all. Nice food and a small swimming pool is what all you have there along with carrom board,billiards and ludo. There are better places available to explore for a day outing in bangalore.

The dinner happened did not happen on the beach but next to a hotel due to a cyclone warning. Though it was nice and secluded, was not worth the amount we paid.There were 2 more points of contention -1. The offer mentioned pick-up and drop from near by location. Our hotel was barely 10-15 mins from the dinner site (which we did not know at the time as there was no internet connectivity in Havelock and we landed in Havelock the same day as the dinner). Our liaison - Saneed, point blank refused to arrange a transport. We ended up arranging it ourselves at 500 Rs extra cost2. It was my wife's birthday and I asked the liaison if a small cake or pastry could be arranged at the dinner, I was willing to pay extra. The answer from him was that, Havelock was secluded and it will not be possible to arrange for the same. When I asked him to give me the phone number of the restaurant that would be arranging the dinner, so I could inquired on my own, he agreed to sent the number but never did. After our dinner we went to the restaurant to pay the bill for the wine (yes, no alcohol is included in the cost of dinner), and they did have a bakery with pastry and cakes. Also, it would have been cheaper if I had booked the deal from the hotel directly.So other than the fact that the location was decent, I must say I have no idea why I am paying this amount of money for a mediocre experience

Nice things first: good location. good activities. good food.Cons: unorganised and irresponsible. I opted for activities with night stay. No clear instructions on the activities. I was told they will allocate accommodation at 7PM. From 7PM to 9PM I was made to wait to get accommodation ready with some lies. at 9PM in the night I was asked to adjust the accommodation they can give or vacate the place and leave in the night. go to this place at your won risk.
