Worst Experience with this Place!! Owner Mr. Naveen Bajaj is a very lousy person, who doesn't gives a damn about its customer. we been to this place with our Families and he started shouting on us for the Dinner menu. We were informed that we will be having option for Veg and Non veg both for Dinner Menu and when we went for Dinner and inquired about Non Veg Menu he started shouting at us asking who said you will be getting that in Menu. He did not even bothered to have a courtesy that Team mates were with there family and he started charging on us. How ever when he realized that we will easily outnumber his totally non cooperative staff he took a step back and walked away from the place. Later he did not showed up when people started complaining about some other group which had came there and started misbehaving with other groups by cracking firework in front of there camps. We complained multiple times stating we have small children with us who are getting goosebumps because of that. Overall I will recommend this place to no one who cares for self respect and there dignity!! :(

Guy Managing the place, calls himself the owner, is really ill-mannered. Dont have the sense how to talk with customers. Talks very rudely and loudly. He dont value the visitors, No one available to guide and tell about around. when enquired started shouting to talk to your agent, saying you guys didnt booked from me. Really disguesting and pathetic management. Please dont visit the place, unless day will be ruined like us.

The vineyard tour was rather a disappointing one. It seemed more like advertizing the history of the place which doesnt really matter to us. The so called lunch was pathetic and vineyard tour was not done. Nothing exciting and not recommended at all.
