Know Before You Go for Bike Rental in Gurgaon

The displayed price is for one day.
The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
Only 1 complimentary helmet will be provided.
At the time of pick up of vehicle, original ID proof (Voter ID/Aadhaar Card/Passport) of the rider need to be submitted.
The rider must submit the copy of driving license at the time of vehicle pickup.
Fuel charges are not included. Sufficient fuel will be provided with the vehicle to reach the nearest Petrol station.
International customers need to submit a copy of their passport and international driving license.
The customer is liable to pay Service charges as per authorized Service Center, in case of damage to the vehicle.
The customer is responsible for inspection of the vehicle at the pickup location and is expected to inform the executive immediately in case of any damages, malfunctions, missing parts etc.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
