Know Before You Go for Bike on Rent in Gurgaon

The customer should have their driving license with them while renting the vehicle.
A security deposit has to be paid at the time of pickup which is refundable.
The vehicle needs to be returned at the specified date/time as mentioned during booking on the website.
The Customer should provide all necessary documents and deposits as prescribed.
The vehicle has to be returned in the same state as during the time of renting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty.
The insurance cost is separate. If any damage is caused to the vehicle and repair costs more than security deposit charges then the customer is liable to pay the extra cost.
Fuel is not included with the rental booking and has to be borne by the customer.
In case of non availability of the booked bike, rider will be offered other options available. However, in case of major difference in tariff of booked bike and the available bike, for example, upgrade to Royal Enfield Thunderbird or Pulsar RS 200, extra charges may apply. For minor difference, (Suzuki Gixxer to Pulsar 220) the charges may be waived off-

Bike on Rent in Gurgaon Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
