I was skeptical about using a 3rd party seller, but I saw the good reviews, took a risk anf it paid off! Thrillophilia had prompt email responses and direct customer service via Whatsapp. I saved $64 total using this service on 4 universal studios Hollywood tickets without any issues!

First time shop at thrillophilia.com. Felt weird at the beginning, because not receiving tickets/vouchers right after purchasing. However, there was an agent who handled it. The agent was very good communicating with us. We will recommend them.

Universal Hollywood was an amazingly fun adventure, it was unique and exciting. There was variety of attractions and shops. It was exhilarating. The staff that assisted me were prompt, succinct and did indeed speed up the confirmation process on the tickets, the assistance was appreciated.
