Muscat Gate Museum, Muscat

Straddling the road between the Old Town walls and the Mutrah Corniche, the Muscat Gate Museum stands testament to the country’s glory. Although the Museum houses a number of fantastic exhibits, it is best known for the panoramic views it commands of the Corniche.

This also makes the Museum one of the most photographed places in Muscat. Galleries and exhibits at the Museum shed light on some of Muscat’s oldest landmarks, including souqs, houses, harbours and more.
