About Anse Severe

Facing the island of La Digue, Anse Severe is one of La Digue’s most expensive beaches. With its stretches of white sand flanking endless crystalline ocean waters, the beach is a treat to the eyes. The shallow waters and slow tides at the beach makes it a perfect spot for casual swimming, and also adds to the popularity of the beach.

The fantastic reef and coral population located off the coast of Anse Severe also makes it an ideal place to enjoy snorkeling at. A number of food shacks and stalls line the sands at the beach, offering respite on a hot day. The beach is also known for its spectacular sunset views, making it a one of the most romantic places to visit in La Digue Seychelles.
