By far the best team outing me and my team had! And this was made possible by Civet Creek team and Thrillophilia. We were a little apprehensive about an over-night camping trip and going to a place with little to no phone signals. Though the checkin could be done by 11, we finally ended up at the place by 2:30pm. The place is tucked away in between coffee plantations. Since we arrived late on day 1 and a few were tired, we skipped the trip to waterfall. And it was hot (March)! We were the only group that day on the property. So we chose the shade of the adjacent tents to play some indoor cricket. Once it cooled a bit, the team had fun over the trampolines, rope walk setup, badminton, cricket and volleyball! There was also a TT table but there was no time!They have everything to keep everyone busy with some activity or the other. Once it became dark, everyone was silent for a while as they didn't know what to do. No mobile signals. That's when the camping started, chit-chatting, playing cards. For those not used to camping, till about 730-8pm, there would be some flies and insects around at this place. We asked Bahadur(the caretaker) to setup the bonfire around which we continued to chit-chat and have some wonderful food prepared by the cook. Simple yet tasty food and starters. We continued to have conversations under the starry skies till about 3am when we finally hit the bed. Each tent has bedding for 2 people which is comfortable and clean. Clean sheets and pillows were provided. The bathrooms too were clean and hot water supply was present round the clock. Need to carry torchlight though. The next morning after morning we went on a nice 30 mins trek which showed us our fitness levels right in our face. Bahadur's 5 year old son was much faster than us on the trek. The trek ended in a beautiful waterfall in a private property. Both the surroundings and the water were extremely clean. After spending a couple of hours there, we headed back to freshen up. Had some lovely lemon juice and left back to Bangalore. Mr.Madappa (the owner) and Bahadur (caretaker) made our stay extremely pleasant with the facilities, food, smiles and going the extra mile. And all this at a price of Rs1500/- per head .....wow!!!! Thank you!!!!

Very well organized! PROS: 1. The staff went beyond their way to help us in the difficult parts of the caves. They were always around and ensured the safety at all times. 2. The communication from Thrillophilia and the tour operator was timely and travel details were shared well in advance. Seamless pickup and drop. 3. The breakfast was good. CONS: 1. The tour size could have been a bit smaller. With about 50-60 people in our group, it took a bit of a time for everyone to complete the trek. TIP: 1. Carry a light jacket with you as it might get chilly before sunrise. 2. Wear full sleeves t-shirt/lowers. Brilliant experience. Look forward to booking my next adventure with Thrillophilia!

A brilliantly organized trip to Kunti Betta, from being collected at the Marathahalli to our final step on the mountain, it could not have been better in any way. This was an excellent experience and one that I would recommend. The guides and the organizer treated us all with respect and although they must have done the trip 100’s of times they were always kind, enthusiastic and made it very special for us. 'A must do trek' that I wish had lasted longer, it was truly awesome. In short we can say it was well organized nice Trip, Breakfast and refreshment was served on the way. Water sports and activities was also awesome we enjoyed the trip. All activities was handled and well professional and in efficient way. Thanks to Karthik and Swamy the guide and the trip organizer.

It's worth going for Night Trek at Kunti Betta. Along the way all of us talked, played songs and danced. There was one stop in between before we reached kunti Betta. That place was also beautiful. Everybody played with the parrot and monkey over there and had some snacks. Finally we reached the destination and the trekking was more adventurous than we thought. after reaching the top we can see the beautiful lake. asnd in the morning the sun on one side and moon on the other.

Even before the tour started, the coordination and communication from Thrillophilia and the tour operator was effictive and they ensured that customer is kept informed about any changes. During the trip, the guides ensured that safety of all the participants was the top priority!! Enjoyed the trip thoroughly and had an adventurous experience. Will surely recommend it to others. Only one improvement area is that during the trekking, there was lack of coordination between the guides and sometimes there were themselves unsure about the next step.

An exciting and thrilling experience. Civet creek camp is wonderfully located in a coffee estate. Hospitality of the host is commendable. Food is home cooked and tasty. During day time they take us to a private waterfall and coffee estate. In night you can enjoy around bonfire singing and dancing. Toilets are very clean and have hot water supply. Do carry a torch as there is no or very less light in night. I enjoyed a lot and plan to re-visit again. Thanks to thrillophilia for providing genuine camping experience.

“AweSoME 1st TrEk ExPeRIenCe - ” Enjoyed carving through the darkness and rocks of Kunti BeTTa” Thanks Ashwin and Karthik for such an exciting, adventurous trek experience starting from leading , helping hands, born fires, kayaking, entertaining us throughout the trek with your jokes, participation in dancing and games..!! FOR U guys 5/5..!! And not the least, Thanks to the team for their necessity arrangement being it chilled Melons, left-right slogans :), Karthik calling Karthik :) Though will cherish these memories life long...BesT Part which i will cherish ever...onward journey to d Kunti Betta top and d queue of torch lights..!! ALL the Best to U Guys...Keep it Up ..!! Thrillophilia RoCKS..!! Just for suggestion purpose-if we can add water to our bus journeys, more team building activities, better breakfast restaurants..!! But guys, these are only secondary to the trek experience:)..!! That`s All Folks..!! For Prospective Trekkers: Really One should go for it... it`s worth the money...!! Take Torch and good sports shoes having grip on ground for sure..!! It was indeed a good experience, right from the route one has to take to get to the camp, to the view one gets from those tents, brilliant landscapes, homecooked food and numerous options one has to pass time like TT, badminton, volleyball, cricket and cards. The essentials and minor needs of visitors are taken care in the most adorable way, this makes one's stay even more pleasant.The hospitality will blow you away. I was a little sceptical while booking as I was planning to go with my wife, but the host was very helpful especially ,Bahadur. We had a very nice time there, the coffee plantation tour was good and so was the bonfire and snacks. The washrooms and other amenities were good, even hotwater is provided. But only thing missing was the waterfall trek, as there wasnt any water because we visited in february. Ideal time to visit waterfalls is post monsoon, when the waterflow is abundant. Do plan atleast a day/night here for a different experience. I am sure Bahadur will make your stay feel home like.

Highly recommend this trip.... 1.The Shola Ecosystem,endemic to the Western Ghats is a sight to behold.Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is a wonderful place to liaison with nature. 2.The trek is challenging.....Ur grit will be put to test through and through.Nevertheless,even beginners can confidently step in as the guides (Habeeb and Wish) are well trained personnel and will help you in every way possible. 3.No doubt the view at the summit is breathtaking but the journey is equally rewarding.Lose yourself in the wild....it's definitely a catharsis!! 4.Feel at home homestay with simple and delicious coorgi cuisine ,campfire and courteous and friendly team of organizers. 5.To top it all,Wish is an amazing singer.....U cannot ask for more...:):)

As I set my first foot on the Chadar, a long kept dream of mine started to materialize out of my imagination and took a perfect shape when I threw my walk-pole into the air upon completion of the trek. Thanks to Thrillophilia, thanks to Adventure Studio for the wonderful service in such a hostile terrain with a special mention of Lobsang, our Trek-guide. We were lucky to experience almost a complete walk on Chadar. It was amazing. I'm still in a trance.

I came across thrillophilla when i was looking for some good tour options in dubai , and after filling up few details they contacted me personally . Suryaveer was very helpfull , we booked our major trip tours desert safari, Aquaventure water park, Dubai aquarium Burj with him only, he always explained me all the details about the package . Our dubai trip was amazing all because of Suryaveer . Will surely be contacting you guys soon for my next trip!!

Went for this trek on 19th Jan'18. Great trek, with some sublime trails beneath forest canopies. The trek is best suited for the post-monsoon season, it seems, for all but two streams had run dry and the vegetation at the top had turned bare or yellow at most places. Backpackers United, the trek organisers, are not your run-of-the-mill commercialized tour operators. They actually enjoy this and Habeeb and his gang will go out of their way to make the trek fun! The homestay is amazing, both in terms of accommodation as well as the very location of the place itself. Lastly, the food is delicious!

This is an excellent place covered completely naturally. We were team of 14 people and had very awesome and most memorable time. The games and the activities are very nice.and The response of the service team was very awesome and also they will care for your money,Girls are very safe in the area ambiance is perfect.Total value for money.clean bathrooms .Good to ahead.

I been to this place with my family on weekdays and it was less crowded and we enjoyed thoroughly of the cycle tour rain dance rope courses and paintball .There are many other games too as archery playstation and many indoor and outdoor games.People are very friendly and arrange all possible request.Food too was good and arranged at our convenient time.tree house is kept clean and neat.Its tidy in size and nice to experience the different stay.Neatness can be maintained and staff to wear uniform so we should not confuse them for guest..nice place for nature lovers with ducks rabbits and cows cat and dogs around...will recommend to others too
