Kalsubai Sunrise Trek in Igatpuri

It was a great experience...i started my journey as a solo trekker and by the time i reached at the highest peak of Maharashtra i was a part of a 55 member family.. Great sunrise view from the top of Maharashtra..Superb management and guidance done by the Trek leaders..Only the breakfast can be a bit heavy and better but apart from that truly memorable trip..Exploring and admiring nature is now easier because of Thrillophilia...Looking forward for more breathtaking experiences with Thrillophilia

I have done 4-5 treks before also but, This was my first experience with Thrillophilia. While booking on mobile app, I faced a problem of Transaction not getting successful, then I tried on website from my PC and it was done. This was the only hurdle I faced throughout the whole experience of trek with Thrillophilia. Also, I wanted to opt for another instructor as my friends were appointed with a different instructor, so I called on the helpline of Thrillophilia and they did it without any hassle. It was a night trek hence we were told to gather at Kasara Railway Station at 11 PM to start the tour. As we reached there, we met our Instructor and he did all the necessary things to take the whole crowd to the Kalsubai base village. It took 1.5 hour from Kasara to base village and the arrangement was precise of taking everyone together in Bolero Vans. As we reached there everyone was told to freshen up for a bit. Washroom was made available in a house of the base village. After that a simple Introduction and Briefing was done before starting to climb the peak. We all started at 3 AM and reached at the top at 6.15 AM. After reaching at the top, it was a mesmerizing view. It is 100% worth visiting Kalsubai for the view and the feeling which you will get after reaching at the peak. It was 26th January, so all 200-250 trekkers hoisted the flag and sang National Anthem. Cool breeze was blowing, Sun was rising slowly and the words of 'Jana Gana Mana' altogether created a different vibe. I can't explain it in words, it can be only felt by visiting at the peak.... After all this, all were taken down the peak for refreshment/breakfast which was arranged by Thrillophilia. It was not so good and I was not even expecting it to be better. Then it took just 1.5 hours to me to reach to the point in base village from where we had started. All other groups were coming back as per there speed and capacity. After returning back, some Boleros were arranged for the people who wanted to return back to Kasara ASAP, it was very helpful and convenient. Nice arrangement. Overall experience with Thrillophilia was very good. Nice arrangement was done, travelling and all other things were taken care of. And as per my knowledge, no one faced any kind of problem due to inappropriate management. So, a big thumbs up for Thrillophilia and the Instructors.

And booking through this app Thrillophilia is hassle free experience and easy to get details on email. Managers have added us on whatsapp group makes it easy to manage timings and guidelines I m planning to book more event or trip through this app for safer travel. Amazing experience. I was much excited about this trip as Kalsubai is top treking experience among the ppl. And this trip helped me getting life time cherish experience. It was my first experience, and as it is a Kalsubai Trek, I was little afraid of doing it. But the Managers are so cooperative and have so much of energy to make the whole trip was next to the Awesome.....They are very helpfull and the management was too good.

The best arrangements I have experienced in a while. The team was quite good and kept motivating to move forward. I have been doing treks quite often but I guess this experience was one of it's kind. The food arrangements and the travel arrangements were on the mark

I really had an awesome experience with "live before you die" team. They are a group very young and innovative people who love to live their dream rather than running behind the robotic race of life and I found it very unique and had an awesome journey. I really enjoyed my trekking and at one point I just wanted to give up and stop due to the pain in the legs but these people really supported me and booted my confidence to reach the highest peak kalaubai. Thanks to the team. I had been with 6 people and all my friends really enjoyed it. I saw many solo travelers in the trip along with us and then I realised that it's really not necessary that you have to travel with your friends, you can even travel solo and enjoy with strangers. Smit and Nikhil did an excellent job managing a group of 30, most of them 1st timers for a Kalsubai trek in peak monsoon...It was an amazing experience overall...The weather made the trek a bit challenging, but our tour guides kept everyone motivated and gelled well with the entire group...The overall management of the trek was nicely done....would like to go for few more trips with the same tour leads

A must go place! We started our trek early in the morning and the journey through the jungle and waterfalls was breathtaking! There were a few steep climbs too with a scorching sun above us, but all of it is worth when you reach the peak. The picturesque view was a treat to our eyes which made our whole trek an amazing one. We had to climb up to a height of 1646m. Few of the paths were difficult but there were bridges and steel railing for that. Our guide was a wonderful person. We also enjoyed some delicious meals in between our trek. Altogether a great trek.

Best trek ever. I was looking for some difficult trek where there are of challenging. I cannot altogether consider this trek as a challenging one but it was really great. The scenic views were killing ones, the greenery, the heights and the distant mountains were so beckoning. We were picked up at around 12:00 AM on Sunday. We also enjoyed some basic veg food during the trek.
