Food is great. Activities need to be organized a bit better. We had to wait at bungee trampoline because the guy went somewhere and we have no clue who would take care of that activity. Kites were not properly made. They didn't fly too.

Booked this one for me and my wife. Though the booking process was fast but what i dint like was the condition of the boat. It could have been better as compared to other ones docked there. The activities arranged were good but fishing was waste. We had those fishing rods but there were just for show and no actual use of it. And it would have been much better if they had taken us to a part where the was clean and not filled with dirt and stuff thrown from the boats and ships. We got rashes on our hands and legs because of the dirty water. Food was fine. Nothing special about it. And the worst part was the washroom. It was in a pathetic condition.

It was ok ok since no other group was there. We just spent time together in camp. Entrance was totally muddy and didn't get much chance to play any sport.Food was awesome and hosting was excellent.

The place is good and worth of money. Just have to improve things and added more games and activities. es I like Jain Farms and Hospitality but also need below things to be corrected: 1. SOUND SYSTEM - Near to pool area (RAIN DANCE). Very bad quality and sound. 2. SOUND SYSTEM - Played at Housie time and other time. - Very 2 bad, not able to listen properly. 3. SIGN MARKS - To be given properly 4. THINGS to DONE - For outing day out should be given somewhere in mention in board or leaflets. 5. PLAY AREA - Like basketball or any cricket place have to re-vamp 6. DIRECTION BOARD - To be printed properly at FARMHOUSE. It's not there.

Good place for day out with family. Positives: 1. Food 2. Activities 3. Hospitality Negatives: 1. Swimming pool - lot of algae on the swimming pool floor at the corners. 2. Changing room - Stinky and badly maintained.

The place is well-maintained and attractive. The tour guide described whole wine making process in detail. The wine tasting part was also interesting. However, we got to taste only 4 varieties, whereas Thrillophilia had mentioned 5 varieties. We expect better communication between Thrillophilia and tour operators as the winery authorities told us that they had already communicated this change to Thrillophilia. Another thing to improve is the in-house restaurant. The food quality was not so good and waiting time was very long. Overall, a decent experience if these two things were ignored.

The trekking experience was very good.But the season they took us was very bad and dangerous. The trekking mentioned on this is easy .But this is moderate to High.The team who took us was not at all professionals.They where not carrying any trekking kits.And instructed to our batch , normal shoes is enough.But the whole mountains were slippery and heavy rain.The way the organiser communicated to us was very rude,when we gave our feedback. All batch were coming for first time, no warm up exercises they have made us to do before trekking. In bus , they literally irritated us by very high volume music, when requested to reduce,ignored completely.Please make sure proper guidelines are given.Proper trekking guidelines should be followed.

Hello everyone, Last week i went for valley of flowers and hemkunt sahib trek, although it was a wonderful experience because of the serene view all around. Talking about facilities provided by the travel partner, the food was not that good, even the breakfast and evening snacks were not at all worth it, according to the amount they took for the trek. Also they did not even paid for the cab, from pandukeshwar to govindghat. Better to get a brief about the place and plan yourself.

The trek wasn't coordinated timely. The pick up bus arrived an hour later than the stipulated time and we reached the base village 2.5 hours late. Though we managed to complete the trek , the entire trek was pushed through in a hurry due to lack of time. the bus driver was completely arrogant however the event organizers were polite and friendly. The lunch and breakfast arrangements were satisfactory. Improvement required by the trek organizers in managing the transport and time properly.

We of a family of 3 visited Vana resort on 28th July. It was a good outing at a reasonable price. The resort is work in progress though with some of the rooms under construction. Food ..Snacks and tea was fresh and good. Swimming pool was clean but better use it early to get saved from the crowd ! Indoor games like TT and carrom are ok.. Overall it's good for people who like moderate outing within min budget.

I was expecting a call from Thrillophilia (a day before the travel), which was'nt there. Luckily, I informed the Ladakh travel agent on the day of travel (who did'nt knew that I was arriving) that I will be arriving, otherwise I would have been stuck without any phone and network on the Leh airport. The best part of the trip was people over there in Leh (our driver Tashi, Rizvaan from Thrillophilia and Sewang). We were pooled with family with kids, I will suggest a non-kid couple should be paired with non kids couples only (although the couple with us were very nice). Our second driver from Leh to Srinagar was smoking and talking on phone while driving, this was not expected. Our stay at Srinagar was also made a mess, as our food was arranged at one House Boat and we have to take a boat to sleep at another house boat. Overall, I will say we expected a better management from Thrillophilia, which was missing. However, the soothing factor was the people we met there and the beauty of the place.

The wine tasting venue is quite a nice ,quaint little place ,but the guy who conducts the wine tasting and gives you a supposed tour of the place does a very shoddy job to say the least- the whole tour is very rushed, the guy is not at all a people person and leaves you feeling like he's doing you a favour! We have been to this tour once before when it was managed by Heritage Winery and it was a much better experience! Sula folks kindly make sure you have a much better representative for your tour if you are interested in giving a good customer experience.

The guide could have been more helpful and cognizant of the fact that some of us were needing help, he should have been assisting people who were falling behind. A special mention to the cook though who went out of his way to serve us, even made a cake as one of us celebrated her birthday at the camp. Totally loved having the cook around. Arrangements were comfortable!

Visited with family and kids on a weekend and it was quite crowded with fairly large queues for all activities. Decent set of adventure activities but the attendants who run the activities are not very communicative and don't seem too bothered with safety. Food is very very average and buffet counters are not replenished in time causing a lot of chaos Rain-dance music too loud and not a good collection Quadbike ride is a joke for the 2 coupons charge Only one archery and one paint-pellet gun causing large queues. No arm guard provided for archery causing injury to the forearm. Overall an okay-is visit. Don't think

The experience was good, liked the activities since all of them were really fun-filled. For this cost, the package is worth. Camel rides, falcon, biking, jeep safari, dune bashing, belly dance, tanaura dance, fire item, dress material, hooka, biking and henna designing are great things that should not be missed. Great people and great food. Thrillophillia gives this at a cheaper price than the actual vendor. Will come here once again. Will recommend this trip to anyone. Thanks, thanks Thrillophilia.

It was only okay experience here. I choose the package with rafting, but rafting was not done and no refunds. From beginning, it was hard to locate the place, and also there's no network except for Vodafone and BSNL. I thought it was on brink of Ganga, but it was not near to it. Welcome drink was not so welcoming, i.e, it was not of great quality. Then comes lunch, it was like eating a mess food. Upto this time it was only cons. Now, comes evening, snacks were delicious as well as dinner, but I found dead mosquito in the sweets, although I didn't reported it. We enjoyed in the pool. There was a trekking of around 1 hour which is about 4 km to and fro from the camp. Camp was clean and staff were decent people. Tent and bathroom was very clean. For me, starting was not so good but end was nice, although not great. And I feel it overpriced, given I was not provided rafting.

Well organized full day tour. Very comfortable pick up from hotel and buses in Dubai are of good quality. the guide gave good insights throughout the trip and we had decent time to explore all visiting points. the only drawback I noticed is that they dont give you an option for afternoon lunch but take you to a designated place which offer only buffet meal at a higher price. I understand the operator will have a cut there. so if you want to avoid it, carry something packed and it would be good enuf!

Not much animals , tiger area is closed for some renovation/construction activity, in karanataka Mysuru zoo is much much better compared to this. not worth for money.

Overall average resort. Good for kids and family gathering than any kind of thrilling experience. Pool was in very poor condition. Food was ok. Good management and staff. Magic show and fire show was good. No proper ground but definitely you can enjoy outdoor games with returnable deposit. Go only if planned to go in group.

Went there in a group of 6. The place is huge and have few good rope activities. The food was good but not hot. We could not enjoy the pool as it was made very dirty by another group who had visited the place same day. There was no Rain dance and even few rope activities were under maintenance. The washroom is not clean, water was oozing out from the basin.
