The place is extremely good....including the restaurant, the food, pool, the rooms are amazing especially the duplex ones....whole resort gives a jungle vibe which everybody would want to stay in !!

Perfect location ( walking distance from gate ), nature friendly construction with all facilities like swimming pool / Auditorium / table tennis / indoor games / Cycling...very comfortable rooms with ample space / 24 hours hot water / Decent food with room service and spacious dinning hall...very helpful team Must go location ????

Overall it was an amazing experience. Starting from the trek guide : Suresh He was highly skillful in navigation, good motivator, had lot of knowledge and awareness of the place and was our man of the trek ! All thanks to him. The person from the organizing team, shrinivas. Such a helpful person, never left anyone behind and unanswered. The best when it comes to be the center of the group. Was pleasure knowing you :) This guy agreed on improvisation of the plan on the go, huge thanks to him else we would have returned disappointed. The accommodation chosen was nice, good ambience and delicious food especially the coorg delicacies. Be careful and please check the itinerary before you book folks ! Coming to the reason why I rated 3 is : THE ITINERARY In thrillophila the itinerary said something else and the actual plan that was being executed was different. I think you must provide service to the customers for what they subscribe for. The site mentioned 21/22(kumaraparvata peak) trek but we were forced to succumb to 14 km (pushpagiri peak) at the beginning. But fortunately our trek guide Suresh agreed to take us even though he didn't bring torch to the trek as it would have been dark already before completion of the actual trek. he was unaware of this because even he was informed that were only going to trek pushpagiri. When the website says kumaraparvata, it must be kumaraparvata only. Another discrepancy was the second day it says we will go on a local exploration, which wasn't in the itinerary at all because there were no places in the list to be visit or checked on the second day. Third, please make ausu the itinerary is not vague and be specific when you chalk out the plan and list it in the website. Accommodation - Where? , when? Time stamp? How far is it from the the trek start? Landmark? Trek - which peak? How much distance? What's the starting point? What's the end point? Total how many kms? These are the things that will enhance one's business, reputation and will help offer better services.

Very steep. Although it's trekkers paradise but not for the first timers. Good mountain view and full of greenary. In 11 kms stretch, you will get accomodation and food facilities.

I did a solo trek to Kumara Parvatha and damn it was worth the effort and the money. This place is very good for loners , a hill station , good trekking tracks, good view for sun set. some small and beautiful water falls.

Mr Bachan Rana, is an awesome guide. He led the whole team of 80 trekkers to the summit with safety and encouraged each one of us through out the trek.

Great Destination- while motor cycle riding from Mumbai- Best time Dec to jan 2020 ir then the rains. Value for Money- For sure. Experience worth every dime- Love the Basic living and food- Nothing fancy but simple and natural setting. Cheers- Good back support from Thrillophilia.

Went there based on the reviews here. Pros: -Easy access to the place from main road towards Nandi hills (few had mentioned about muddy road to the parking..but thats just 100meters and not 2km like how someone told here) -Common areas are maintained well with ample lighting and seating -Badminton,Cricket,Football options and many indoor games -Majority of the staff was friendly -Tent facility was a good experience, got comfortable options -Music,campfire etc was taken care Cons: -Restrooms were pathetic, had to close the nose to enter (cant imagine how they can maintain it like that with all other facilities maintained well) -There was no water on 2nd day morning and none bothered to fix even after complaining multiple times. We were directed to a tap to brush and wash face. -Food was average. For breakfast though we had informed in advance that we can make it only by 8:30, (many people joined only by then) most of the items were already over, and we had to fill with the items left. I couldn't believe that even Jam for bread was also over. -You cannot get a peaceful sleep in the tent in the cold if you have singing/screaming/chatting neighbors even at 2 am With bit more care they can make this place awesome!! I don't know if it was just us who had to face these as I saw majority rating 5 for this place. Anyway this was what we faced.

I was really surprised by the service by our vendor. Our guide Pravesh rawath took us to the summit point even though the weather was bad and every other company who went there was backing off . But the name offbeat was nothing but a false promise to move customer to a premium package. There was not hargaon, everbody was staying in 2sharing tents and the food was also same for all . The only difference with the normal package is the price .

Me + 1 had booked our so long awaited Chadar trek via you. Until we reach all was good and we didn’t had any problems. The stay at Palam Hill was not pre-organised. We almost had to wait for more than an hour to get a room. Post the the local tour operator had an never ending briefing. It just went on. I understand that was important however that could have also been done the next day. As we were traveling for almost 12 hours and were very tired. Infact we dossed off while the briefing was on. The chadar had broken in the same week when we landed on January 18. Thus it was partially closed. We opted out baring health implications and the conditions of Chadar. We also shifted to alternate hotel by our own expenses as Palam Hills was sub standard and was not at all suitable for such extreme climate. As we opted out we requested Thrillophilia to have flavour of Ladakh to which they did agreed. Flavours of Ladakh was real good and our driver Iliyas was too good at his job and safe. He took real care of us and I recommend him if anyone is in Leh. Pangong Lake was not on cards in flavours of Ladakh thus we requested if that can be arranged. They obliged and the same was arranged at our own cost. This trip was too good again Iliyas was bang on his job and safe. While we opted to move to other hotel. We appreciate the efforts taken by Rizwan for the transition. Trip could have better if we would put in the Hotel Rafica at the first place. We might have not opted out as the initial days were very very challenging and hotel Palam hills was no help. Thank you

had booked vip tickets, with car pick up frm our hotel. though the activity was good, thrilopilia shud inform customers clearly what is included in package and not included. on reaching the camp, the local person at the camp first said, vip package dsnt include vip seating n food..some how had to convince him thr the driver who took us there that its included in d package... the package said its unlimited fiid..being vegetarian, we had very limited options for food at the desert camp, n we liked one sweet since other food wasnt very grt.. we asked for more, first the ppl there said its over, n later dey said its served only once.. pls take note..this shud be clearly mentioned in d details of ur packages..

The Jaipur city tour was just about OK. Driver was good and picked us up on time and did the tour without any hesitation or hurry. We were not provided an english speaking guide as per Thrillophilia's commitment - we engaged our own guides at different monuments

Booked through Thrillophilia. Few hits and few misses. Firstly, the good part - pickup was on time, the driver was friendly, plenty of activities at the camp and time management was pretty good. Some things definitely need improvement - a bit more professional management at the camp, people there were more interested in selling add-on to the packages rather than sharing what package included. 7 people in SUV is a bit too crowded. Food was mediocre and a lot of items got over! In conclusion, a good enough outing but a definite scope for improvement

It was overall a nice trek. Local food was good. Only thing was the guide was not professional. Guide is not only meant to show the path and help in arranging tents. He should properly guide us and should explain the history of the place. He should involve and arrange some fun activities. But this all was missing.

Scuba experience is very good. The support staff is very friendly and supportive. Would be better if less number of people are there. Almost 40 people were transferred in a motor boat. The sea was rough in the return journey. Water sports were in baga and is not worth the money. Too many people , long waiting times and less time for water sports. Please note, no parasailing in this. Preferably take a package with parasailing. We had to pay 700 extra for that. No Management and they are clueless how to manage the crowd during watersports.

I had a memorable experience with porters, our guide Jimmy and yes the operator Salamat whose instructions were good enough to complete the chadar trek. I’d also like to thank Thrillophilia agency for making this trek an amazing one. So yeah good job done by the staff of the agency and yes all credits to the real heroes of the trek jimmy and his team, they didn’t made us feel that we guys are away from home, they are truly the real heroes of the chadar trek. Thankyou Kavish for providing us the right technical info.
