Overall Good. Road trip to reach there awesome Good adventure games available Good food . Food plates and glasses were not clean. Very small pool. Party pool was not clean. No electricity in changing room after pool party Informed to support staff over there Hope they will resolve the issues.

As beautiful as the place and the trek to Kheerganga was, wish the arrangement of the bus travel, internal transport and guide was done properly too. Although Mr. Mohit was always just a call away, but it required a lot of following up with him from my side to make sure I got my bus tickets, internal transport and guide details from him each time. There was also a glitch with the bus arrangement from Bhuntar back to Delhi. I felt like everything was done at the very last minute and not planned ahead in advance. I got the details of the arrangement for each leg of the journey just a couple of hours before I reached the next destination which was very frustrating and discomforting. This definitely needs to be improved to make the trip more comfortable and experience more memorable for the traveler.

We had taken the Dhow Cruise dinner as our fist pre-booked activity in Dubai and I feel there are quite a few scopes for improvement. 1. Appropriate guidance to the Dhow boats - there are no guidelines or sign-boards to reach the Dhows. For first time visitors who had opted "Without Transfer" option, it is a challenge to locate the boats. Ours was Aisha 2, and we had to walk a lot to reach the actual place, from the location which Google Maps indicated. 2. Trip duration was appropriate. Covered most of the Dubai Marina sea-line. Lovely views of the lighted sky-scrappers, Dubai Eye, high-rise EMAAR buildings on both sides of the channel. 2. Seating arrangement in Upper Deck - Better views can be seen from the upper deck. Since it is the preferred area, seating arrangements are limited and bit cramped. 3. Dinner - Quality of food was much below standards. Served cold and mostly without taste. Trip organizers should really focus on the food. Considering the above points, I would still recommend to take this activity as it gives a new experience in viewing the high-rise buildings with all sorts of lighted decorations.

This was my first high altitude trek with Thrillophilia and second overall (18th Aug 2019). After reading the reviews, I had high expectations from the organizers. However, there were a few basic things that were ignored. The trek leader (I don't recollect his name) sounded like he was very experienced. However, he did not make us do any warm up or cool down before starting the trek every day. The first thing he said is that nobody should either cross him and go ahead or be left behind the other trek guide. However, this discipline was not maintained most of the times especially the day we went to the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund. We had to keep looking for him. He did not manage to keep the small group of 11 together which was not the case with my previous trek organizers. They used to wait at specific intervals till the last trekker got to the point. The very first night we reached Ghangaria, I started having breathing problems due to the claustrophobic rooms at the hotel (Hotel Devlok) and had to literally run around at 2 in the night with my roommates to find the trek leader since he had not informed us the place he would be staying. We did manage to find him later after constantly requesting the hotel staff and he did a few checks and helped me calm down. There was one girl in our group who started having migraine issues midway while going to the Valley of Flowers and decided to return back alone to the hotel. However, none of the guides accompanied her back which was quite surprising for obvious safety and security reasons. Another girl slipped off from the saddle of the mule while going to Hemkund and was barely saved from falling in the valley. He didn't carry the basic first aid. Wasn't it his responsibility to check the saddle and moreover a teenager controlling 4 horses way way too much which the guide should have realized and acted upon initially. Coming to the Hotel Devlok in Ghangaria, it was ok except that they provided Hot water only for around an hour or 45 mins in the morning and evening and it was difficult for 3 in a room to finish in that time. Also, they did not clean the room even once after requesting multiple times. The Hotel at Govindghat was pretty good and we got the best food there. However, when we returned back from the trek, the owner was splitting us up and asking us (3 ladies) to stay in a room which had entry from outside and was at quite a distance from the common area and the rest of the folks in our group. Even after requesting the guide to arrange for rooms together, he was asking us to walk out in the rain to the far away rooms. We literally had to fight with him and get a room inside the main building. Why were the rooms not allotted properly in advance itself to avoid the issues later? The vehicle and driver that picked and dropped us from and to Rishikesh were good. The overall trek experience was Good and we managed to see more than 5 varieties of flowers and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I expected a lot more professionalism on the management part from the Thrillophilia.

Good place to visit and enjoy.. But dont plan during long weekends where rush is huge....There is no limitations in number of entrants and Guhantara can not accommodate more than 150 or 200

Water sports are really nice and lunch is also nice. But, scuba dive was disappointing. Total session of Scuba Diving took less than 6 minutes , which we had great expectation. Scuba video also not clear.????????

Food was very bad, no taste at all except Dal, Dessert, fruits. Chicken too no salt, no tasty, fish curry made with Dry coconut grate was bad taste.

Personally i will not recommend this trip for NRI and international people. They dint tell before booking that many places in North sikkim are restricted. They told me after the booking that we can only do few places in North sikkim. They altered our itinerary which was fine for us. But this was bit MISLEADING because they don't disclose sikkim is very restricted AREA while we booking . Drivers were good no issues at all. Organisers dint sent any information regarding accommodation and all the terms and conditions of the renewed itinerary, even though I sent email few times and were un responsed and ignored. Even though parkings are included in the package but still driver asked and made us paid all the parking tickets in sikkim. Location of all the hotel rooms were good and overall everything was okay. It was a great day at Shilaandra. 7 of us had been there. Nice view point. Rain Dance with DJ was best part. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. One can enjoy and relax in the pool. We had opted only Lunch but once we reached we also had Option to buy tokens for breakfast. Food is average. In the package only indoor and outdoor games included and nothing much. You need to pay extra for zipline and zorbing etc. Which is only disappointing. One of the activity can be included in the normal package.

No difference between Uber and this tour.. We were just provided a car and a driver. NO GUIDE.. NO ITERNARY.. NO PLAN.. Though must say the driver was very nice and knew all the routes properly and car was in top condition.. But there should have been a person to explain where we were going.. And what all places should we see in Mumbai. We visited all places from gateway of India to juhu Beach.. As written in your ITERNARY.. Only thing missing was a person who would have told where we were visiting and what we should visit.

This was only the good experience we had in Jaisalmer. Though the other keep Safari ride seemed to be super fun compared to what we had as there was a bit of a break down in between which ruined the fun flow.

Overall a good package, the vendor named Deepak was good, but there were some flaws as there were no changing rooms after scuba in Malvan, the water was not that clear, it would be good if the training time in the sea water is increased so that we can dive deeper. best part was parasailing they took very far from the beach.

Games are ok. Food is not at all good (they should know what the climate is and which food needs to be cooked.) + Food quality is not great. Then the way food is served on plastic chairs is not at all a gesture of a true resort. Very disappointing.

The safari began on time, the dune bashing was perfect, amazing experience; however, to our utter shock we discovered that the car driver alloted to us in the 4*4 car delayed our pick up for the reason of dropping other guests to the respective buses and later shouted and screamed that he was not on our personal duty and that I couldnt do anything if he left me right there. So guys, all those who feel that by booking a 4*4 safari, you have a personal cab to pick you and drop you then please let me tell you there is no such priority because the drivers wish to make their own money by dropping anybody and everybody.

As it was my first time, the overall experience was good. As you can see in the description given that they will allow you to scuba dive for 20 minutes, that wasn't happened there. We were in water not more than 6 minutes. It was just like we went inside for video. The safety measures are pitiful. Guys.. This isn't the best one but it is good because of its reasonable and affordable price. The food was good. We were asked extra money {200} for dips during Parasailing. One thing to notice is this is far more better than those which are in Goa because you see nothing inside the water except sand and rocks

Experience was quite good but we were not provided tents on time. We have to wait too much for getting our tent. One more thing host was carrying more people than it was allowed, that is very unsafe for us.

Full Day Sightseeing Tour Of Pondicherry The experience was average. Firstly the driver was professional and punctual. However, he took us to places where much time got consumed especially on lunch etc. We missed Paradise Beach and he started giving pretexts about it like traffic congestion, closure of the boat house since the start of the tour. And when compared to the local rates of hiring the same quality vehicle i.e. AC Etios semi-sedan, Thrillophilia charge way too much which was way beyond their advertised rate of Rs. 490/ per head. Also there was a fear of paying Rs. 200 per extra hour beyond the scheduled 8 hours right from the beginning. The driver killed time and wanted to impose extra charges on us for visiting Paradise Beach,a trick which we could avoid.

Pros: good thing is look and feel is great like cave,amphitheater. Swimming pool,rain dance and food this is common like every resort. Cricket ,volley ball only free of any charges may be its good for corporate team day outing. Cons : With family & kids not a good place for day out.There were very few activity for kids and was over charged not like other resort they have at least few free complimentary fun activities here in gunhantara for kids very limited games.I meet an accident in mens changing room as there where no anti slippery tiles I slipped and got hurt luckily no major injuries.This is basic thing in any wash room common sense.With family I fell its not ideal place.

Went to this Resort last week, The resort is just ok, specially the Artificial waterfall is good, but the Pool is very small, at a time hardly 15 to 20 ppl can accommodate that too fully packed, Food was just ok, specially the Non veg was not good (chicken was not cooked properly), High tea was good with nice and hot bhajjis. , Rain Dance was good, activities were also good.

It is advisable to not book tent Unless there is cold climate because the climate is hot there at nights.Better take your own food than eating there it was worst. Camp site is good river near and also washroom facility is good. River rafting is the best part paisa vasul.

The campus is awesome but the overall day did not match the expectations we had. The coordinators could have been more organized and should check & plan how to handle group. At rain dance 3 showers were not fully functional. Food was good. When there is a larger group more focused attention is required.

It was a good Expedition. Very energetic. Found the place to be very nice. The nature keeps encouraging us to do more and explore. The arrangements from the team were comfortable except for good coordination. The guides were not very comfortable in coordination but somehow everything went well. Hope you get good guides. The best time to Visit would be August but be cautious about the weather.
