Arwah Cave sits on a forest-covered hill and is perfect for those who love a bit of nature and history. A short walk through a green trail takes you to the entrance. Inside, the cave surprises you with large halls, twisted rock formations, and even ancient fossils that you can see on the walls.
Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Mawsmai Cave – The Classic Limestone Tunnel
This is the most famous cave in Cherrapunji and also the easiest one to explore. Though short, it packs in excitement with its glowing limestone walls, narrow paths, and dripping roofs. Great for everyone.
