The four storey mall features nearly 400 stores selling everything from high end apparel to pocket friendly finds. The Mall also features a floor dedicated entirely to Arab apparels. The entertainment zone on the top floor features an arcade gaming area, a water zone and a bowling alley. There are some restaurants and fast food chains at Othaim as well, serving everything from Arabian to international cuisine.
