Situated in between the tea plantations, this bungalow offers lush green tea plantations view for miles and mountains on the backdrop of the plantations adding to the serenity of the place. This legacy of 5 generations - heritage bungalow offers 4 spacious and sparklingly clean rooms with attached washrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and an indoor fireplace to keep guests warm. Nestled in a quiet atmosphere, the tea farm evokes a rustic-vibe vacation.

Established in 1914, the farm takes visitors away from city life and encourages them to live in nature's bosom. Here, guests can enjoy a number of activities such as they can go on a guided tea factory tour, have a session of tea tasting, learn how to pick tea leaves, learn how to make green tea right from scratch, and go for a photo walk around the tea garden. They can walk around and converse with workers and their families. And enjoy an organic way of living in a healthy, quiet, soothing and comforting environment far away from the stress of city lives.

Apart from the tea tour guests can also learn gardening and other farm-related activities, learn how to plant a tree, explore the farm trails on cycle, or enjoy going through a nearby sugarcane trail and have freshly squeezed juice. At the stay, guests can also play games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Pool Table, Cricket, Football, Rugby, Volleyball, Archery, Catapult, etc with friends or family. In the evening guests can ask the staff to arrange a Barbeque session in the beautiful garden around the gazebo to enjoy with friends or family.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
