Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. It has also been referred to as Shadow Boxing for many years. You will experience all the benefits of taichi with a lesson from a local master who will make sure that you get an excellent lesson. You will be taught the proper hand positions, stances and movements that fall under Taichi, alongside others, and you will perform the movements in unison. Each movement targets a specific meridian of the body, thus allowing you to get an all-around exercise. The best part is to learn Tai Chi with the beautiful view of Hong Kong City and good weather can be a plus.
