I really had an awesome experience with "live before you die" team. They are a group very young and innovative people who love to live their dream rather than running behind the robotic race of life and I found it very unique and had an awesome journey. I really enjoyed my trekking and at one point I just wanted to give up and stop due to the pain in the legs but these people really supported me and booted my confidence to reach the highest peak kalaubai. Thanks to the team. I had been with 6 people and all my friends really enjoyed it. I saw many solo travelers in the trip along with us and then I realised that it's really not necessary that you have to travel with your friends, you can even travel solo and enjoy with strangers. Overall great experience with home made village style food. Thanku team special thanks Jatin and Bhavin and kaustub. Nousheen Rehnuma.

I went to kalsubai few days back with my friends at first I was not knowing anything about this trek and as it was the highest mountain of Maharashtra I thought going with a proper organizer would be a good idea so we decided to go with Thrillophilia. we enjoyed a lot and completed our trek without any difficulties.

Another great trek added on my list. I would definitely suggest this to anyone looking for some fun and adventure. We made some good friends during this trek. The food was average but the best thing was that everything was on time. We reached the summit which was a great sight from there. Would love to go on this trek again!

We went on this amazing trek to Kasulbai which was really an interesting one. The view from the top was something which you should have seen. Everthing was very well arranged. It was all according to the time mentioned. It was a memorable experience for the group. There were small streams and waterfall allover and a perfect place to enjoy with my friends. Spend some time staring at the distant sky and the views once you reach the summit. There are steel railings, chains and ladders at places where it is difficult to climb as we had to trek to a height of 1646m. Like is said the view is amazing. I would definitely recommend this trek.

Well, the view is pretty amzing throughout the trek and quite photogenic. The cloud cover and the wind at the top is really worth experiencing..the wind and the rains at the summit is so strong that a light weight person might find it difficult to balance himself. Just one suggestion go with proper anti slippery shoes in monsoons. I went with an amazing group and they managed the trek pretty well. My only problem was their time management. They started quite late..and the breaks which we took were like of 1 hour..when they said it would be of like 15 min. Their bus was also not available on time while coming back and we came back to dadar at 12 in the night..when the schedule to reach back was 8. Other than time management, everything else went smooth.

Best trek ever. I was looking for some difficult trek where there are of challenging. I cannot altogether consider this trek as a challenging one but it was really great. The scenic views were killing ones, the greenery, the heights and the distant mountains were so beckoning. We were picked up at around 12:00 AM on Sunday. We also enjoyed some basic veg food during the trek.

A must go place! We started our trek early in the morning and the journey through the jungle and waterfalls was breathtaking! There were a few steep climbs too with a scorching sun above us, but all of it is worth when you reach the peak. The picturesque view was a treat to our eyes which made our whole trek an amazing one. We had to climb up to a height of 1646m. Few of the paths were difficult bu there were bridges and steel railing for that. Our guide was a wonderful person. We also enjoyed some delicious meals in between our trek. Altogether a great trek.

Instructors and guides are NOT needed to do this trek when you do it in the morning. Avoid paying 800-1200 per head. It's a 2-3 hour climb up the hill. Difficulty level: Moderate You can find a local market and places to eat at, at the base. You may find local vendors during the trek selling salads and lime juice ( not very hygeinic) The nearest station to this place is Kasara. You may need to commute in a jeep to get to the base point of Kalsubai. You may find jeeps outside the station. 1-Things to carry in summer: In a day trek: Travel light, wear light felt clothes, water 1.5 L per person, avoid jeans and tight clothes, carry hand gloves, eatables, chewable, good pair of shoes, sanitary napkins, paper soap, sunglasses n cap, sunscreen, a small hand towel, some medicines for fever ( paracetamol), cold ( crocin) dehydration( ORS) and headache ( disprin), powder ( if you have an itchy feet), move or volini spray. Selfie stick is optional. 2-Things to carry in winters: on a day trek All the mentioned things above in #1, including sweater n socks, cotton earplug, a stole or a muffler. 3-Things to carry in a NIGHT trek: All the mentioned above in #1 & 2, and include HEAD torch ( you will need your hands to hold the railing to climb the stairs frames, normal hand torch ( optional) and a bedsheet or bedspread to sleep. Recommended time for the trek. Reach the base at about 11 pm. So you can reach the top between 2-3AM and rest until the sunrise. And then descend. The ascend is steep in the beginning and gets easier after the first hour. The descend is midway slippery. But most of it is pretty easy.

Terrible experience. The departure time was 10pm however, we left at 12. The organizers mentioned that some of them are expected to arrive late and hence they will wait for a couple of hours for everyone to come. Such pathetic mindset of making people wait. This ordeal didn't end here. They stopped the bus for over an hour at the second pick up location as well. Discipline and punctuality were totally missing. Even the trek wasn't started on time which forced some of us to go on our own and even book our own transport to get back. The only good part of the trek was the actual ascent to the peak. Never take up a trip with this vendor, absolute waste of time. It's high time they get blacklisted from Thrillophilia. Livebeforeyoudie, you guys suck at what you do, take up some other profession
