I booked this event through Thrilophilia site and i have paid the advance and all. After paying the advance i got a mail saying the organizers will be calling us.But i haven't got any call and i finally called them 2 days before the event from the help number they have provided and made 2-3 extra calls to get the Trainers number. The organizers could have taken little more care in that. The paragliding was really wonderful. The view from the above was really cool. A must try event!

Okay, to keep it simple, I am going to list down 'Goods' and 'Bads' Goods: 1. Bahadur: I'd like to call him as the Estate Manager, because he does a brilliant job at that. Constantly smiling and working in a 'never say no' manner, he made our trip totally worth it. very polite and helpful. 2. The Food: A decent spread for lunch, evening snacks and dinner. The breakfast could've been slightly better, but we're not complaining really. :) 3. The Waterfall: Very close, just that if you don't have an SUV, you might not be able to make it all the way up. My Suzuki Swift had to be parked about 500m away from the other big ones because the last 100m were too steep for the car. A little bit of a trek, totally worth it. 4. The Tents: Clean, fresh bedsheets, well maintained camping tents 5. The Bathrooms and toilets: 24 by 7 hot water, clean toilets. Just that, we thought the toilets should be cleaned a little more frequently when multiple groups are visiting. 6. Trampolines, Table Tennis, etc. were a lot of fun, we made slo-mo videos and it was niiiiicee! 7. As against the pictures, the tents aren't put up on the ground, rather, they're put in neat and clean shacks, together with water and dust bins. Now, the very few, 'Bads' 1. This doesn't really count as a bad, but we were faced with another group of people, who maybe didn't have 'traveler's taste' and were a little loud and kind of wanted all the food to themselves, lol; however, the management was understanding enough to create separate bonfires for them 2. The Chai: Yes, it is a very important thing for some, me being one of them. But Bahadur realized and made me the chai that I wanted. :D 3. The Location shared by Thrillophilia: Yes, we should've called, but hey, isn't technology there for a reason? We took the google maps link provided by Thrillophilia and ended up in a random place, far away from where we were supposed to, delaying us by 1 hour 30 mins. That's when we called up Shabari's (the owner) father and uncle helped us reach peacefully. All in all, a good trip. There are some things that we can control and some we can't (like who else is staying at the estate when we're there). Must do when here: Spend some time under the stars, when the lights go out. You can't see them from the urban jungles. Must carry: Some food (if you tend to get hungry very often); insect/mosquito repellents (though we barely felt the need). Best thing: very few mobile signals and internet connectivity is also low, for the much needed internet detox :D Thank You team Civet Creek! @Team Thrillophilia: Next time, watch out for the map links please. :)

First time to Play Arena.. in one word was wow. To have a place like this within city limits (heart of sarjapur) is just supercool. Enough activities for kids and adults, you just need to be a sporty at heart. Restaurant above (sports bar) is good to catch up on quick bite and beer off course. Good staff and very accommodating. Few tips I want to share: Before selecting package request them to allow you inside so you can get idea on wait time for activities you are interested in. Like for us we wanted to do riddle room, and were told slot available for 4:30, however when went for blocking was told 5:30, so walk back all the way . Another thing was minimum need of 3 in a room, with 2 kids, an adult is technically forced to pay. Activity/Package pricing felt is somewhat overpriced. Having said that the day just passed by full of fun. In groups you can enjoy much more.

We visited Jain Farms in one of the weekends in Jan . This is a great place for kids to enjoy . Won't recommend it to anyone who is looking for activities that a typical resort day outing offers . The food is very average . In all , if you have kids , you can definitely head to Jain farms .

It was good...accomodation, food, environment, everything's really very good...clean bathrooms, tasty food, friendly hosts, a perfect palce to chill out...coming to the price...We are ok with the price but you could hav even included the travelling charges which u charge us extra Rs. 300/- to travel from the homestay to the trecking spot...that was the only issue...other than that we loved the place...

It was a great experience, very informative, especially the wine tasting part. We tasted around 6 wines. Totally worth it for the 250 Rs spent. The instructor was very friendly and cleared all doubts with immense patience. I have given 4 stars and not 5 because the grape stomping was not that great and not at all value for money. They put grapes in a small wooden tank for you to stomp. Sad part is its not used anywhere and they throw away the grapes after stomping. At least that's what the lady told us. So it is just a fun activity with not so much fun involved. Heritage Winery is around 50 Kms away from bangalore city. So arrange for your own transport. We had hired bikes to reach there, you can go by bus also, but it takes more time.

It was one of those spontaneous plans that none of us had thought through but thanks to Thrillophilia planning was something we din't really have to think through. All facilities from new bed spreads to hot water for bathing were provided. Coorg is known for its picturesque beauty however Thrillophilia highlighted that beauty for us by giving us a speck and span experience. Few things that i would specifically like to mention are- 1.) The undivided attention that we got from the staff. 2.) All the games facilities that we had,i.e Badminton, throw ball,a trampoline! 3.) Cozy tents. 4.) Good vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. 6.) Mind blowing scenery 7.) Bonfire and waterfall as promised. Me and my group of friends, which also included an international student were very pleased by the home like treatment the staff subjected us to. Without any disturbance we were all able to enjoy the calm and peaceful vacation we had paid for. However, given all i would like to suggest a few improvements: 1.) It gets really cold at night so thicker blankets for those who haven't packed their luggage weather appropriate, would do wonders for the mood. 2.) Since we already paid for the trip it was assumed that charges for traveling organised by the camp was already included. However, to reach the trekking field we had to pay extra. 3.) It would have been perfect if the activities planned for us would have extended over a better part of day two as that was what was expected. Overall, it was one of the most amazing trips I've been to and Thrillophilia made that happen.I will definitely recommend this site to every one so that many people are able to enjoy the wonders of spontaneous planning!

We arrived at the meet up point at around 8:00 PM, where we met the trip co-ordinator who took us to their office. A few other folks were already there. We had dinner(fairly decent, not BBQ dinner as mentioned in the activity description) at their office and after that we started to a Bungalow inside the tea estate which is about a km away. We were shown a toilet there incase someone need to answer nature's call later as their is no toilet at the camping site. We started or trek to the camping site(about 500 m away) in the dark night with our torch and sleeping bags through the tea estate, on reaching there we found that tents were already setup. The place was fairly decent and all that we could see in the the dark is a hill on the other side and a few trees under which we all sat. Bone fire was arranged and we had fun playing Antakshari, dancing(we carried out own bluetooth speaker) and chit-chat. We went to sleep about 2 AM, i managed to wakeup at 6 AM just before sunrise and the place just wowed us all, i could just tea garden all around(360 degree view) and a hill on the other side where we are suppose to see sunrise. I managed a walk through the tea garden and was amazed by the fog all around, it was just awesome. At around 6:30 AM i returned to the camp site and i could see the amazing view of sun rise behind the hills. After clicking few pics we started back to the office site where our breakfast was arranged, we didn't have breakfast as we left early. Overall a good experience and the whole activity was well organized.

A half underground resort with rain dance, what else you looking for?. I enjoyed a lot with great food and healthy hi tea snacks and was feeling like resort inside cave. I really liked the ambience, infrastructure and services. One should not miss the resort who is staying in bengaluru. It is the place for those as well who like outdoor games, as it have enough space to play it.

Its a good place to spend some time. with some nice list of games.. perfect for team outing, and there is a day care where your child can spend time.. For adventure lovers, its good for beginners, as the adventure are mostly basic, like a short quad bike, wall climbing..etc..

Was looking out for a weekend drive outside the Blore city and cane across this option of the wine tour. Visited heritage vineyards with a Frnd. The place is well kept. Mr Shashidhar gave us a tour around the facility. He took us around the factory and explained the entire process of wine making. He is very passionate about the wines and their making process. He answered every question thrown at him with the same passion. The wine tasting session was the best for obvious reasons:-) he really explained that why is wine tasting such a complex process. Unfortunately we visited the factory on a Sunday so couldn't experience the bottling and packaging process. We anyways love wines but this tour taught us to take our wines more seriously????. All in all a good weekend spent????

It's been a wonderful trip to kudremukh peak. I along with my friends enjoyed a lot in our first ever trek. At one point of time we thought it was impossible to reach the peak but our determination made us reach the peak. Except the food served over there, every other thing was simple awesome. I must thank all the guides who were very helpful throughout the trek.

The quaint city of pushkar indeed has a beautiful charm of its own. I feel extremely fortunate to have visited this city through thrilophillia, especially at this time of the year when this otherwise quiet city comes to life. Pushkar fair was an experience to remember. The vibrant colours of the traditional dresses donned by the locals and the that of the accessories of the camels were nothing short of a delight. The warm welcome that we received from the resort staff contributed in making our stay a pleasant one. However, I felt that the food could have been much better. The adventure activities that were a part of the trip made our trip much more memorable. Camel safari on the sands of the Thar desert , quad biking and para motoring did not fail to give us a gush of adrenaline. I would like to mention one incident over here. When we reached the adventure site, we were informed that the pilot who was supposed to conduct the paragliding activity for us had to rush home for an emergency. The staff then arranged the para motoring activity on the spot and did not charge a single penny extra from us even though the latter was costlier than what we had paid. We also had a wonderful time shopping for lovely dupattas and saris in the streets of pushkar, visiting the only brahma temple in the world, being a part of the nagada event, interacting with locals, witnessing the traditional Rajasthan dance by school girls and the work of a skilled sand artist. We made memories to be cherished forever. It is a must have experience of a lifetime.

It was an amazing experience for us on the Heritage Wine Tour. To see the vineyards, to understand the seemingly simple but intrinsic process of wine making at the factory and to taste the wines (the right way ) was really an eye opener. I realized I have been doing it all wrong from holding the glass to gulping the wine down. The guide really changed my perspective about wines and I really enjoyed the process of feeling the aromas and tasting the wine the right way. (Believe me, it tastes really different and divine when done correctly). Though we were little worried about the kids feeling bored, they also had a blast ( a tractor in the farm and kids are set for a wild ride!). They also had a small kids play area and a basket ball court and a homely restaurant . Overall its a cute little place where you can easily spend half a day.

It was a nice experience. As it was first underground resort that we had visited.Ambiance is pretty good. Food was good. Can incorporate more games. Only discomfort we had was to locate the place. The Map given to us was wrong(12.8604,77.5292) it was another 7 km from this place. Please try to send accurate map. Which is (12.8000224, 77.4916839).

A fun getaway that's not too far from Bangalore. It's a unique experience I would recommend. The guide & staff were professional & the ambiance was pleasant. There's stuff for kids to do too such as the basketball court, football, trampoline, etc. Kids under 10 have free admission. The wine tasting was informational & the grape stomping was awesome! Restaurant food could have been better. The one issue I would point out was the Google Maps location provided in the confirmation email which was incorrect & caused some confusion during our drive there.

Trip was good. Food was good too.. Just the transportation arrangements were very inconvenient :(
