Trekking in sandakphu was one of the best decisions we ever made. It was a truly amazing experience and we had a blast here with our friends from Bangalore. Lovely climate, cold but warm in terms of the folk here who are so friendly and nice at all times.

We were a group of 5 people and we weren't so sure about how the trip will be because: But it turned out to be an awesome experience, April is the best time to see the rhododendrons blooming. However, starting from the landrover ride uphill, the short 5 km trek in the steep uphill to the snowfall and the other treks was something that we enjoyed the most.

Sandakphu is a wonderland trip for the trekkers. It's located at an altitude of 11,929ft in Darjeeling district .This is the summit or the highest point in Singalila range, and is also the highest peak in the state of West Bengal, India. Loved the entire trekking experience - great trip.

It is difficult to explain my entire experience in few words. It was an awesome experience which I would cherish my whole life.. of course it's the the only highest place in West Bengal at an altitude of 3636m that is inhabited. Places we covered throughout the trek starting from maneybhanjan include Tumbling kalipokhri to sandakphu and then all the way down timburee and Therewise srikhola. Loved each and evry minute that I spent on this trek.

Valley of flowers is gradually becoming popular thanx to so much post that we get online…but what you’ll see from your eyes and the feeling of touching these beautiful flowers cannot be explained through a photograph

Is the Valley of Flowers as beautiful as it claims to be? Yes it actually is! I discovered all this and more during the trek to the National Park. My friends and I actually tried to count the number of types of flowers, but there were just so many!

All the pains and struggles in this trek is totally worth! After the feel and experience we had in this trek, we completely forgot everything. So amazing and so appealing it was. The valley is a must visit destination at least once in a lifetime. Thanks team Thrillophilia for making this wonder happen!

I’m planning to go again, some places are not worth of including in bucket list coz these places cannot be enjoyed by just one visit and valley of flowers is that place for sure where I won’t mind celebrating my all vacations.

Its a heaven on earth. Valley of flowers is damn beautiful and as the name suggests the entire valley is filled of flowers. It was a pleasure of its own kind to make your way through the flowers laden trails. Loved the entire experience.

If you're a nature lover, then valley of flowers is one place you certainly cannot miss. The trek isn't really easy though its a short one. The paths were destroyed during the floods two years back. They have been temporarily fixed using rocks. Great experience, beautiful place, lovely company and hell lot of pictures.

It was all white, snow all around and we were walking on a Frozen River which is on its own an amazing experience. Different destinations one by one and each destination decorated with nature’s ornaments. The Karsh Monastery one of the oldest Monastery and we happened to reach there on the day of festival and was mesmerized by the colorful mask dance and other rituals. This trip is just like being in heaven. Thanks a lot Thrillophilia.

I rarely write any review but my experience was so wonderful that I really want everyone to know that how beautiful was to trek on the frozen river. I literally wanted time to stop right there. Those beautiful mountains and white snow everywhere. Super chilling wind and that thrill, it can't be described in words. Juts go there and you will realize that your decision was absolutely correct. And a big thanks goes to Thrillophilia for making me the witness of that Magic by Nature.

Woah! What an experience man! I don’t think I will ever forget this! Walking on that snow covered blanket, crossing boulders and at times even slipping on thick ice. My God! The amount of adrenaline rush I got from that cannot be compared to anything else! Thank you to the organizers, who made sure that our trek was carried out smoothly and all the safety regulations were well taken care of.

Stunning! No other word for it, I was kind of scared initially but then all my fear went away as the organisers made sure we all made it safe and sound!
