One of the best experiences of my life, hope to do it again. When we took off on the plane, the sky was cloudy but while in air the clouds dispersed and I had a breathtaking view of Ponnampet. -- My route for this trip was Bangalore-Madikeri-GoniKoppal-Ponnampet-Gonnikoppal-Mysore-Bangalore -- There is probably one hotel at Ponnampet, so do confirm reservation, else you can stay at Gonikoppal which is 6 km away. -- If you want to click photos in mid-air don't forget to carry something so that your phone does not fall, and also your photos would look like google maps satellite images :P . Full Story: I had been thinking to go on a solo trip for a while. On 14 March Friday evening, at office planning for my weekend I stumbled upon this treasure on Thrillophilia, at the very moment, I decided I need to this and get fresh look at things. I took a night bus to Madikeri (Coorg) and called Thrillophilia in the morning, the guys here helped me out to confirm with the pilot(Muthanna). I spent my entire day exploring Madikeri (Abbi falls, Raja Gate, Madikeri Fort, Mandapatti Peak ). At 6 in evening I got on a bus to Gonikoppal which is 6 km away from Ponammpet. Around 9:30, I was in Ponnampet. In morning I called Muthanna, he picked me up from the GoldenGate hotel (the only hotel in Ponnampet). After we flew, he dropped me back to my hotel :D .

Since beginning they been very humble and helpful to us specially our guide BABA, who made us do this adventure with an atmost ease. my friend and i had a great weekend at this place near chennapatna, ramnagar we tasted around 6 varieties of wine with the info about each type . all over, it was a delightful experience.

Had a great weekend with friends in Jaladhama. Very well maintained resort with awesome food. Had yummy fish fry after many years. Spent quality time with friends playing games. Had been there during holi and it was fun to play holi with rain dance. Pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, one of the best resorts to spend time over weekend.

Fun, adventure, thrill and mental peace...everything is there in the Bhaba Pass trek. It truly opens the doors to the gorgeous beauty of Himachal Pradesh. While the duration was not long enough, there were challenges within the trek. One has to be careful at certain places and then they can enjoy the charm and appeal of this trek as much as they want.

You simply cannot imagine landing up on a place that seems like a fairly land. To my wonder, this came true on the fourth day of our Valley of Flowers trek in Uttaranchal. Loved each & every bit of the trek. There are several packages for this trek, but I would recommend the 6 days’ package. It is easy, short and equally beautiful.

We usually relate the Himalayas with high peaks, snows, glaciers and lot of other things. But if you join this trek, you will get to discover the colourful side of this great mountain range. The valley was so filled with different colourful flowers and appeared like someone has painted them with so many colours.

During the total of 9 days of trekking and 2 days for transportation, our entire group enjoyed a lot. Luckily, most of our group members were from hilly region and we were able to get acclimatised to the climate easily. Keeping all these aside, the trek was truly and purely an enthralling experience for us!

Overall experience with the Bhubhu Pass trek was really fascinating. Within such a short span of time, we got to view wonderful views all around. Most parts of the trek was moderate but they were totally worth of it!

This was an ultimate experience for me so far. Trust me, you can encounter the nature at its best form in this trek. As per the trek difficulties are concerned, they were not so tough and was easily manageable. A good and ideal trek to take.

The feel of the Chopta Tungnath Chandrashila trek was really amazing. We were a group of few beginners and the trek got completed in an exciting way. We as beginners did faced a bit of challenges but I think, if you already have experience in trekking this is the trek you should go for.

As I happen to see the Nanda Devi peak, I felt the sudden rush of excitement and adrenalines in me. It was a moment of a lifetime. All the climbs and descends got rewarded with the prized views all around.

By God, it was the best trek for me so far. As I cannnot claim to be a hardcore trekker, the Om Parvat Trek gave me enough of the challenges and the much needed adrenaline rush. All in all, it was a marvelous experience all together.

It was good to complete this trek without such problems and difficulties. Uttarakhand has always been my favourite destination for trekking, and this one was amongst my planned treks. On the trek, keep calm, follow the instructions properly and finish it in the best possible ways.

If you first hear about the height you gonna achieve in this trek, you might get a bit nervous. But honestly speaking, there is no so difficulties or dangers in this trek. It is a beautiful and amazing trek to take in Uttarakhand.
