Forest Camping Experience Near Lonavala I Book & Save 16%

 Rated : 5.0

In one word I want to say the trip was awesome.. Thrilling Full of experiences. Staffs are really polite. You can feel tense but they will allow you to get feel free. Started my adventure trip with Maggi & Tea then at 7:30 they started serving for Barbeque and at 9:30 they launched their heady duty dinner which was too awesome in terms of taste and hospitality. We then moved to our tent where we enjoyed till 2 o clock with a help of bonfire. I would suggest you can enjoy the adventure once in your life

good option for day out, if you want to just relax with kids this must be the place you are looking for. I wasn't impressed by the buffet and high tea, those were just average.

Dudhsagar was great fun, trekking to n fro from where the bolero drops, ice cold waters, fishes, though missed the train passing through the bridge. At spice plantation, drank feni for the first time, had our lunch which was average, got some information regarding spices and other plants, purchased some organic produce spices

Totally loved doing this walk and enjoyed the different flavors of Jaiselmer starting from kulhar chai...to Dabeli....special sandwich....to famous Ghotla and Good paak of Jaiselmer and best part was traditional Rajasthani thali while enjoying folk music and Dance. Our tour guide Dharmendra Purohit was very friendly, and answered every query whether related to food or Jaiselmer.

Awesome place. Food is ok ok..but if u r north indian or south Indian, doesn't matter..u will like the food. The resort owner is so polite and helpful, he will do everything u asked for. If u want liquor, u will get it with a little additional cost..and the evening with campfire is just un forgettable..Rooms are excellent with all facilities provided. In such a low cost, u can't expect more than this. Rooms are like 3 star Hotel room..Just an awesome trip of life..Will love to see the place again in the same resort...

Everest Base Camp Trek, Nepal | Book @ Flat 22% off

 Rated : 5.0

Are you planning to head for a trek to the Everest Base camp? Well hear my story of my experience to this wonderful heaven on Earth, I am basically from Rajasthan, and am a great lover of trek, I never leave any trekking place in the World untouched, there are many I have taken up and there are still vast to explore, as I was trekking to each and every place that I had shortlisted from my bucket list, the Everest base camp took its turn last month, I was very eagerly waiting for this trek ever since I had heard from the Indian friends about a trekking destination like this in Nepal. The Everest memory is going to be in memories forever; base camp at the world’s highest mountain is not everyone’s cup of tea. It needs endurance, agility, talent and stability to survive the whole way through, which is what I have learnt from the trek. When the temperature in Rajasthan was touching around 40 degree, I decided to trek to the Everest to take a break from the climate and the city. I read about the reviews before hand and planned everything, initially I thought of going alone, but at the last moment some old school friends of mine joined up, so it was a team of ten heading to the highest peak of the world. Our journey began at Rajasthan, and within few hours we reached Kathmandu, from where we were supposed to be picked up by our guides, we moved on from here to a nearby hotel, as we wanted to fresh up and make ourselves active before the actual trek began, so our first day was a complete rest at the hotel, the next day we went down to explore the Kathmandu valleys and monkey temple, and then by evening we were boarded flight to Lukla, and here finally our trekking activity started, caught a glimpse of this statue on way – Late Pasang Lhamu Sherpa ( the first Nepali women to reach the world top), and then from here we reached to Phakding, here we halted for some time, took a short nap for a couple of hours, and on our guides call we started to trek towards gateway of Everest, Namche Bazaar. Uphill and downhill trek over here was simply amazing, then we had to stop at Jorsale for some legal paper work, which was taken care of well by our guide, crossing the alpine vegetation and suspension bridge we landed at Namche Bazaar, after halting here overnight we started our acclimatizing walk towards the Everest view hotel from where we caught view of various peaks, Kusum Kangaroo, Thamsekru, Amadablam and the gigantic Mt. Everest. Then we trekked to Tengboche, Dingboche, Nagarjuna hill and then towards Lobuche. From Lobuche the final lap of trek to Everest base camp began, after trekking for around three hours I finally made it up to the Everest Base camp. That feel being on top of this Everest was like being on top of the world. Yay! I was waiting for this moment since then to share it with my friends, relatives and other trekking enthusiasts.

The agency that conducted this trek for us was exceptional. The trip was surreal for us as we were there during peak snowfall. Though the trek during his time was definitely not easy and was quite challenging, the folks ensured a super pleasant experience for us and provided us with support wherever needed. The guides, Pinku sir, Mohan sir and Kamal sir were all terrific people. The chefs at each base camp deserve more applause than any 5-star hotel chef by a huge margin. I am so glad I took this trek and experienced something life revolutionary.

Kodachadri Trek, Shimoga | Book Now @ Flat 21% off

This was my first trek and my first solo trip. It completely changed my view of a lot of things. The group that I went with, and (the organisers) deserve all the credit for that. The trek was moderately difficult, in the sense that there were stretches where you could almost walk while there were portions where you literally had to climb on all fours. But the views of the lush green mountains studded with tiny cottages and topped with fluffy clouds was more than enough reward for our labours. The waterfall in the middle of the trail was a lovely surprise. After every few steps as I turned back and looked in any direction- up, down, around- I could see a completely different picture. The weather played a lovely accompaniment to the landscape, as the sun played hide and seek with the clouds, we had enough warmth and respite from the heat. The sunset was a perfect curtain drop to the climb. To top it off, the moon rose on the other side as the sun set! Not to forget, the roller coaster ride on the jeep on the way back was fun and a wee bit scary. The bonfire at the homestay added some adrenaline to the depleted stores after the trek. The short trip to the Nagara Fort the following day was the cherry on the icing, a very quiet relaxing view. The drive back to the city was filled with soothing views of the mountains, and before we knew, we were back in the city! Goodbyes were tough, but we had to say them, even though we didn't want to, because the bunch of strangers I had joined on the bus on Friday already felt like long-time friends on Sunday evening! To sum it up, it was a hectic tour, but the memories I took back with me left me wanting more.

This is a very nice place to visit and stay overnight in a camping tent. They have quite a few activities like Camping, Rappelling, Kayaking, archery, bonfire, Zip line, you can swim in the lake, they also have mud pools to play volleyball and kabaddi; rain dance, human foosball and the usual stuff like cricket etc. Carry extra clothing for mud pool and rain daance; and if planning to stay in the tent carry pillows (they do not provide) and if possible your own blankets. Food is like what you get at any of these camping places, just average. The place is quite open and nice view of the rocky hills overlooking the lake. Overall value for money!! Give it try once.

Went on this trek with one of my friends, as others ditched last minute. This actually happens to a lot of us ????. But this group trek was AMAZING, it was very well organized end-end and I met some really entertaining people ????. You can definitely go this trip solo/with one friend and make new friends on the go. It was definitely a great experience.
