Amazing experience with Thrillophilia! Everything was well-planned. Very energetic & supportive trek leader Mr. Monu Rana. We 5 cousins planned this trek - our first of the kind! It wasn't an easy one as such, has an average difficulty level. Would recommend others to hit gym for 10-15 days before planning this trip. We traveled by Bus to Dehradun, booked via Uttarakhand Transport Corporation [UTC online]. 29th Aug 2018 - Took 11:59 PM Bus from Kashmiri Gate, Delhi to Dehradun 30th Aug 2018 - Reached Dehradun Bus Stop at 7:00 AM - Then took Auto to meet our Trek Group at Dehradun Railway station, approx. 20-25 min - Met our Trek leader Mr. Monu Rana and waited for the group members - Started journey for Pantwari village in a Tempo Traveller around 7:45 AM - At 10:00 AM, took a halt for 30 min for Breakfast [Maggie & Pakoda] at Vikasnagar, Dehradun - Enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the way and reached Pantwari Village around 12:00 PM. - A Room & washroom was available there to do the needful. We put our heavy luggage on Mule. - Packed Lunch was provided – 2 Parathas, Aloo-Matar Sabji, Frooti, Chocolate, Boiled Egg, which we ate later during the trek at the Lunch Point. - We started our trek of 4-5 KM at around 1:00 PM and reached our base camp around 4:45 PM. - We were served Hot Tea and Aloo Pakodas with Chaat Masala near our tent area, and we just sat there until the mesmerizing sunset around 6:00 PM. Tents were clean and well-managed. - At 7:00 PM, the campfire was organized. We were served Hot Tomato Soup and Popcorns. We played music, did star-gazing and a lot of chit-chats. Trek leader gave us instructions for the next day early morning trek. - At 8:00 PM, had a good Dinner, especially with fruit custard. - Since we were all tired, we slept at around 9:30 PM in our sleeping bags. 1st Oct 2018 - At sharp 4:00 PM, the team gave us a wake call. We were ready by 4:45 AM. - Breakfast was ready – Tea, Bread toast, Jam, Butter, Poha - Also, a food packet was given to us for eating during the long 4KM trek, which we ate at Nag Tibba Temple halt. - Reached the Top at 9:30 AM, Stayed there for an hour, enjoyed the view of beautiful Himalayan range, the serenity of the place, best escape from city hustle and bustle. - Around 1:00 PM, we were back to base camp. - Served lunch [Rajma-Chawal, Sewaiyan in dessert, also lemon glucose] - We packed our bags and started trekking down at 3:00 PM and reached Pantwari at 5:30 PM - Then we started our journey in Tempo Traveller for Dehradun. Around 8:30 PM we reached Dehradun Railway station. - Took auto for Dehradun Bus Stand, our bus was at 10:00 PM. Next day morning we reached Kashmiri Gate, Delhi at 5:00 AM.

Wow....It was a great trek. I must say Thanks to Thrillophilia and Special thanks to trekking team. We have enjoyed every moment of these 2 days and we will cherish these moments for our lifetime. The trek was not easy as we thought. Lot of sweat, efforts, rest breaks in between...But it wouldn't have been this much great, if it was not planned and executed the way the team did. Hats off to the guys Anjan and Harshit. They used their experience all the way. Set up a detailed, organized plan and executed the same very professionally. I can say, we are able to complete the trek with ease only because of their precision planning and execution. We enjoyed the trek as a whole and it would be difficult pick a few from the whole list. But I have tried to select the few activities/incidents/plans which made the big difference: 1) Tasty Home food: When you are sweating every step of the trek and Hungry like never before, only thing you want is tasty, healthy, sufficient home made food. Team provided all this at the right time. It was not the case for other teams. 2) Professional Planning: First day we trekked only half way took rest for the second half. And the next day, we started very early at 3 AM with the torch light. This was the the master plan, because under the Sun it is very difficult to trek KP. 3) It was like a family trip: We never felt Anjan and Harshit were outside people. They have treated, instructed, take care of us very well. 4) Proper Instructions: Team told us what to carry and what not to carry. They have briefed the detailed the plan well before. Given enough time for relaxing and they were very friendly in their behavior. 5) Personal Touch: Anjan has given his personal touch for every activity. He could have easily told to have food in Bhattara Mane. He could have told it is not possible to prepare Bajji and Papad on the mountains. But they have treated us like a family, did all the above and put is best efforts to make us happy. And early morning at 3AM prepared Ragi Malt to keep all of us energetic hike the mountain. 6) Enough: I have already written so many words. I will stop here. To put it in one word, the trekking was outstanding, simply superb and if you are passionate about trekking please try once. But better if you join the same tour operator as ours. They make it easy. They are very passionate and professional. All the best.

Rishikesh was planned in January with a group of 7 in mind, but unfortunately, only 3 of us could make it. We were on the verge of canceling the trip, but Mrinal suggested otherwise and egged us on to make it happen, since he himself is a travel enthusiast and has explored Rishikesh. Thrillophilia was a blessing in disguise. Right from camping to river rafting, from transportation to food, everything was sorted for us by Mrinal and Nikhil, and they were always available round the clock for all our queries?.? Red Chillies Camp at Byasi is a magnificent nest between the hills, and is 30kms from the main town of Rishikesh. The tents are more habitable and comfortable than my room back home! Clean washrooms, home like food, and great company at the camp made it all the more memorable. Rishikesh is still not as commercial as other destinations like Goa, so the people take pride in their hospitality and the warmth is palpable. The highlights of our trip were the 35kms white water rafting(Red chillies is the best in Rishikesh) and Bungee Jumping at Jumpin Heights. Any adrenaline junkie will remember the gush of excitement during these experiences. Safety is their numero uno concern and even jumping into the Ganges feels safe with them around! All in all, Rishikesh is a crazy place to go with friends for an extended weekend, and the entire team at Thrillophilia makes it all the more hassle-free and rejuvenating! Next dream destination? Someplace where I can jump out of a plane 25000 feet above the ground and live to see another day! Let's see if you can make that happen in India, Thrillophilia!

Camp is awesome money worthy experience. The place of the camp is majestic and the staff is extremely affable. The facilities are excellent with all amenities to make the stay memorable. The food is brilliant for all the 3 courses of the day. The adventure activities are supremely exciting on the first day. But the best part is River Rafting of 26 kms. Other tour operators will provide you only 16 kms of rafting, but the camp people provides a full stretch of the rafting course. The safety measures are world class which makes you enjoy the adventure without any worries. All in all it is once in a lifetime experience.
