I have trekked this place many times and each time it is a new feeling. Worth trekking and its a easy to moderate trek which can be done even by first timers.

The trek to the peak is moderate difficulty. Initially insects might be a problem. But once you are at the peak, the view is awesome and is definitely worth the effort. Don't miss out on this trek guys. If you like hilly place and the beauty that comes with it then you should totally take this trip.

Its was a very lovely experience but had to bear with the insects.Amazing beauty of the never ending mountain stretch ranging from Karnataka to Kerala which is the second highest peak in Karnataka .A must experience to any one in life time.

The Awesome whether on the top hill of the madikari Peak. The Beautiful Scenic View of the surrounding hills. The chillness of the mist flowing right next to us. All these were amazing. But I have to admit the Insects during the trek through the green forest was very irritating.

A not so good, not so bad experience. The weather wasn't that good while we were trekking so could not enjoy much. though made some really good friends during the trek. They told me the best time to go is in August-September.

A colleague of mine had dropped by to Bangalore from UK, he wanted to go out and try some new place and I suggested we try the wine place instead of going to malls or national park which gets boring. It was a fun filled trip to the place. My friends who came along enjoyed it including my Colleague. I would surely recommend to my friends to have this experience once. few suggestions: Please include route details in confirmation email. Food could be better. Virgin Mojito had garlic smell.

Ok, I have to admit that the place is quite nice and expansive with a good bunch of things to do. However, if your idea of a "resort" experience is some place that is away from the city and the crowds you will be in for a shock. I went there on a Sunday (my family & a friends) only to be surprised by the crowds that swelled close to 700 people (this number is from the manager) and there ends your idea of finding some peace. People arrive is buses and in hordes which leaves the 3 pools and every little space occupied. Imagine the queue and the mess over the buffet, where you expected a quiet and uneventful lunch you'll be jostling with crowds like at tirupathi. Great place but overcrowded and the management seems to be happy to live without any entry restrictions.

Have been to place last week..The place is very good do be at..However the activities are not that exciting as they see in pictures...transportation is very very expensive out there..I will recommend this place to get some price of mind and relax..however for fun u have to spend more than expected

It's an OK thing to go here. Not good enough to visit second time. Sports ground maintenance is good. Among the outdoor activities to which we don't get the chance to play generally like archery (the only good thing in package) was under maintenance that day. They don't even have two good condition basket ball to play with. It will be better if they include one or two adventure activity like rope activity in the package.

The trek goes along a stone paths and you tend to slip where there are streams or little rivulets flowing in. Path from Pantwari to the base camp is riddled with ferns and bushes some of which our guide told are poisonous. So stay the course in the middle of the road as far as possible.

Me and my friend are very happy trekking this place but there is no shelter along the way and the mountain weather changes in an instant - better to be prepared for all eventualities. We stayed back at Mussourie on our trip back to catch up on much needed rest. All in all an experience in proving to ourselves we're still capable of undertaking treks :)! Best of luck to future trekkies ..

This is one of the most memorable treks i have ever trailed but start your descend early enough too because it'll quickly get hotter with decreasing altitude and rising Sun. PLEASE NOTE don't rush through the initial steep descend. There are good chances of getting lost. Make sure you're following the trail along with the guide for good secinic spots of kedarkantha.

Beware! There are two chopta and google map shows wrong one. Always search for ukhimath or tunganath chopta. Start ur trek early say 8 am in the morning not late than that.

Rappelling was quite great. It was quite a great time and I enjoyed. It was such a brilliant vacation. I had a great day. Only if you are from Maharashtra it is worthy to take though. We came from Bangalore, just for this trek. This was a bad choice. We should have clubbed this with more trips or some treks. Otherwise, it was such a worthy and a nice experience. I totally loved it. I wish that I could have planned in a cost effective and better fashion. That’s only worry.

Vasind is quite near to mumbai and can be reached from its suburban railway station .There are all facilities in Vasind including good restaurants, guest houses, budget hotels etc. Camping points are located beside Bhatsa river, Moreover there are some mountain ranges in Vasind ,which is actually the highest peaks in Thane district .Overall the journey was amazing!

Kamshet falls between mumbai and pune , and quite popular as paragliding paradise. This crazy aerial activity takes about 20 minutes to complete the ride and gives you the most amazing experience of your life.

The California resort is good for budget families. Good Badminton court, table tennis, swimming pool, volleyball, basketball Food was good except there is no juices or desserts or icecream as finisher. there is no intermediate snack provided or no canteen inside.

You can club your Dudhsagar trip alongwith Goa. This is waterfall is located in Bhagwan Mahaveer National park in Goa state near Karnataka border. Place is awesome, specially during the moonsoon and just after that, when there is lot of water in the fall.

However, this trek has an added highlight – something that few treks in the world do – a good old railway track! Trekking alongside a railway track that winds through forests, tunnels and waterfalls is a rare and inviting experience.Carry efficient monsoon gear (raincoat, poncho), shoes, torch and sufficient food. During monsoon, there are many streams to fill your bottles. During other seasons, carry enough water to last you the entire trek.

Though I went to the Baina Beach, Goa for speed boating, I felt only the pleasant weather of that beach which was awesome, but I didn’t ride the speed boat as I was worried for the safety concerned with my family. If you want to visit the Baina Beach, Goa you may go there at your own risk, but I recommend everyone to ride the speed boat with full safety and precautions. The tickets are not available for all time, especially during the vacation time.

This was my third visit to the Dodital Darwa trekking trail. This lake had witnessed one of the most furious floods in 2011. The mass destruction has left permanent traces. This region is slowly getting more developed with new constructions.
