Harishchandragad trek is certainly the best hidden treasure of Maharashtra. I went on this trek last year, and trust me I had nothing in mind and was expecting an average reaction. But everything about this place is so beautiful that you will instantly fall in love with the entire place. Amazing experience.

The road is scenic with lush green mountains and lot of streams. In rainy season, you might get to see lots of waterfall as well. One of the best season to visit Ratangad Fort. You should take at least couple of breaks on the road and enjoy beauty of nature. The nature is almost virgin with few paddy farms here and there.

This trekking stretch was with easy gradient and lasted for a while. It was exciting enough for us to repeatedly enter and exit the forest covers and the open grasslands without getting even slightly tired. Halfway through the trail we got the first view of the peak.

Moderate level trek of about 18kms all together. A guide is a must for beginners or first-timers coz there is a possibility that you may not reach the peak. Its about 5700ft tall with a good view at the top. Cannot put any price estimate here voz we went on a package with Get Beyond Limits.!

madikari is one of the great trekking I had been to. Must watch place I can say. When mist, fog and all are there it will be much more awesome. Since we went in this end of October it was little sunny.

Trek to madikari trek is not a cake walk. It is of moderate difficulty, but you never feel tired because of the view and experience. Monsoon is the best time to enjoy the place, but beware of leeches and there is nothing we can do about it. But you tend to forgive them too once you reach the top.

the tent was provided for a overnight stay. If you want to experience the sunset you have plan to stay on top, as it is risky to get down in the dark. On top you wont get anything to eat or drink. You have to carry them.

Learned a lot, got so much more confident under water and the instructor has a brilliant set of eyes, showed us so many exotic species under water we would have never seen otherwise. it was an impressive experience.

Good experience. the only problem was food. not so tasty and i think they could not take the load of so many people. we were around 30 people in the group.

An average experience. the place is good, but food was not up to the mark, especially the veg dishes were less and tasteless.

The Spiti Valley is for those who like the extreme. The valley was close to bare with nothing but rocky/sandy mountains and the fiercely flowing Spiti River. As opposed to the harsh weather, the people are extremely warm but yeah the entire trek is kinda difficult.

If you're looking for a challenging trek then this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for an ideal getaway with breathtaking views then this is the ideal place to be. You will be overcome by the natural beauty of the place.

The trekking was fine, but as we had gone in the peak summers, the weather was terribly sultry and BOILING!

Beautiful cascading waterfalls, be sure to carry an extra pair of clothing and swim wear as you can take a dip in the waters.

The place was awesome but the arrangements were not very clean. Could have been better.

good trek. i think nov dec is the best time to visit hp if you wnt snow fall. though our trekking trails were a little diffiuclt. so, if you have lung diseases or respiratory problem, will not recommend to go for it.

Icy Cold desert all around. Mountains of loose mud. A tree here, a tree there. Beautiful "Gompa"s. Friendly people. A swift muddy river. A rocky road winding through the tall mountains, just by the river - Spiti.

One of the best places traveled in India. The mountains, the infinite stars in the sky which you will never get to see them in these cities thanks to the pollution. A must visit once in your lifetime
