How to get there: 
By Train: You can take Amtrak Thruway bus from your location to reach Beach St. & Pier 39 - Fisherman's Wharf stop and then you can continue to walk to Skyline Sightseeing c/o California Welcome Center or BART to the Embarcadero station. You can then walk outside to the Ferry Building, and then catch the Line F Muni trolley to reach the Pier 39 Marina and then you need to walk to Skyline Sightseeing c/o California Welcome Center. 

By bus: You can take the hop-on hop-off bus from your location and then get off at Stop 6: Union Square and walk East to San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (10 Minutes); or else you can take bus 8/8AX/8BX/30/45/91 from your  location to reach the 3rd St & Howard St stop and then walk North to San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
