In the morning, check-out from your hotel and head to the Paris Gare De Lyon Station to board your train for Zurich, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Upon arrival at Zürich Hbf Station, use your Swiss pass to take local transport to your hotel & check-in. Then, spend the rest of the day at leisure, where you can explore a huge collection of artworks in the Kunsthaus and visit the famous Bahnhofstrasse, a vibrant street in Zurich. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, use your Swiss pass and reach Zurich Central bus Station to board the coach for Mt. Rigi. Upon reaching, enjoy a cable car ride followed by a cogwheel train to the top of Mt. Rigi. Take-in the stunning views before descending to Vitznau. Next, enjoy a scenic boat ride on the calming Lake Lucerne surrounded with mountains. Also, you can explore Lucerne on your own before transferring back to Zurich Central Bus Station. From there, return to your hotel on your own for an overnight stay.

The entire journey across Switzerland felt seamless and well-organized. We were impressed with the level of detail in the itinerary, which covered Lucerne, Interlaken, and the majestic Jungfraujoch. Thrillophilia ensured our transportation was always waiting for us, and the hotel staff across different cities were incredibly welcoming. The balance between guided tours and free time was spot on, allowing us to explore local Swiss cafes and scenic mountain landscapes at our own pace. It was a high-quality tour package.

The guide during the trip was helpful and was well versed with different places and gave us a lot of information. The driver had an immaculate talent of driving the coach throughout the trip. The trip was the best... From the booking till the last day, the whole process was awesome... The operation spoc Kritik was super fab in all the coordination and arrangements... The best part was that he was available at all times... He was just a message away... The stay hotels, the travel arrangements, the food, the sight seeing was just breath taking... Our Europe trip is a grand success! 😊 We have reached to Mohit via one of our contacts with in thrillophilia from our previous trip(Nisha) since, August we were throughout in touch with Mohit and his team. We have our visa and flight booking assistance with the same team. Once we have had our visas arrived in November since then we started receiving vouchers related to our activities which were planned in our Europe trip. In addition, thrillophilia had assigned specific point of contact Mr. Jatin, where he personally gave a call to me and explained every single voucher, commute, apps that we should download for our commute etc.,. At last, two days before the trip where thrillophilia have created a group and added 2 SPOCs as our travel assistants where they can look after our 11 days trip. Our honeymoon trip went well & choosing thrillophilia as our travel agency was one of the best decisions ever!! We had a smooth & hustle free journey through out the trip and that call which Jatin gave 2 days prior to our trip helped us a lot. A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 48-72 hours of successful booking for visa purposes.
Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates.
In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel / schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged ( surcharges might be applicable ) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Closed Sightseeing due to COVID : For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process the refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complementary and not charged to Thrillophilia & guest, no refund will be processed.

In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Thrillophilia shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.

In case of getting tested positive for COVID-19, a reschedule will be provided at a later date ( surcharges will be applicable as per season ). Kindly share the reports/documents for verification purposes.

In case of travel ban for Indians to any country booked in itinerary , Change in itinerary will be offered or if possible a reschedule will be provided on a later date ( surcharges might be applicable according to season )

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 30.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
