Know Before You Go for Xavage Park Tickets
- Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
- All activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Wear a swimsuit and closed-toe shoes or water shoes, and bring a change of clothes and a towel.
- You'll be needing your hands for the activities, so only body-mounted cameras are allowed.
- There are height and weight restrictions for all activities (except the children’s water slides).
- Ziplines: Your weight must be between 88lbs (40kg) and 300lbs (136kg). The maximum circumference of the harness around the waist is 51' (130cm) and 27' (70cm) around each leg. For safety reasons, children will only be admitted if the harness fits them properly
- If you bring small children, don't forget to bring their ID as proof of the minimum age requirement (5 years old).
- Pick up possible from Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen.
- Activities not recommended for pregnant women, people with acrophobia, claustrophobia, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, neck or back issues, recent surgeries, and a history of heart disease.
