- Video photography and large bags are not allowed.
- Guest aged 18 or older will need to show a valid photo ID.
- Arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
- Kindly note that availability is limited per day, especially for non-English Tours.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- Please note that tour runs daily except Christmas.
- A fixed day ticket means that it is valid only for the specific date you have booked.

- Guests needing ASL interpreters can request this service by contacting the Tour Centre at least 72 hours before their visit.
