unhygienic bathrooms, cost is too high, no great events except trekking, please don't waste ur money by booking this

This was a nice trek with medium difficulty. Trek exp was amazing overall. The sightseeing, valley, waterfall everything was amaizing. The Hemkund Gurudwara was par the best peaceful place I've ever scene. I am giving low rating, as the hotel staff, guide, hotel food was not meant to be consumed by humans. The ideal breakfast for hotel was paratha (plain) with tea. PAcked lunch was fried rice. Very disappointed with hospitality services. Very happy with the trip.

For 700 rupees this was not worth the experience. 1. We dint get a parking space 2. We dint get a shade or hut to sit under 3. The indoor game area was dusty, dirty and not usable 4. Every outdoor equipment was already taken. 5. Food was mediocre at best. 6 no room was provided. 7. Swimming pool is extra and not inclusive From start to end the experience was poor and not planned. This was the most horrible experience I had faced. As you know I booked package for kheerganga from your thrillophilia application . I suffered alot in this trip and got injured. My other group members are also not well I need an urgent from you. While returning from Bharseni to bhunter there was long jam near bhuntar due to which we wasn't able to reach at bus stand at 7:30pm. We have called to your support executive (+91 70666 27393) to request him to delay the bus just for 15 minutes but he said talk to bus incharge, he has no responsibility and cannot help just because we didn't reached on time and it is our mistake, saying this he hang up the call Then we called to bus incharge at the provided number and request him to wait for 10-15 minute firstly he said ok we will wait and when we called to after reaching bust stand he told us that bus left from bhunter. We were helpless and don't know where to go.. what to do now. We called out tour operater also but they said this is not their responsibility and can't help, talk to thrillophilia from where you booked your package. Tried to contact with customer support of thrillophilia but you guys was also not available. We were helpless, standing on road without eaten anything from almost from 16 hours , no one was there for support, calling to every bit of contact which we had for help. But nobody helped us and hang up the call saying this that they do not have any responsibility contact to trillophilia. And trillophilia was not available. Such a terrible service of trillophilia. Your guys do not have any backup in case of jam or any uncertainty. This is extremely samefull. A girl in my group she got highly injured and fainted out in all this rush we were also extremely tired after trekking and had no food after the breakfast which we got in our camps. Somebody stolen my wallet in all this rush. Had no money left with us also all our mobile phone got discharged. Lastly we booked a cab from Bhuntar to Delhi of 10000rs as there was no other option left for us. We paid him in Delhi as we do not have any money left with us. We have completely suffered in this trip rather enjoying it. My friend is still from health detoriariotion all the blame goes to you guys.

This was my 3rd time in a desert safari and was not good at all. first of all he picked us up at 3:30 and we started dune bashing at 4:10 pm alone in the desert with no other cars with us. we reached camp site at 5 pm, were the first ones there and were told the services will start at 7:30 pm because generally everyone arrives after 6:30 pm only. we had to wait there in scorching heat for more than 2 hours without water or any other services because they had not received the supply of water yet. later we got to know that the driver had to pick some one else also thats why he dropped us there as early as possible. this was a humiliating experience and would not opt for this from here ever again.

The place is not maintain... Adventures activities was expensive. Food quality is wrost. Hospitality of the resort is not at all good over all it was bad experience.

Don't go for this. Very pathetic Service, stay and food. Management is really bad. There are very hidden things which are not included here. Instead go directly. this app package is like vendor which will cost too much. Going directly will cost 800 Rs only for Rafting only. Go for this and choose stay location on your own. there are lot of good hotels and resorts available near Kolad.

The stay given was at a totally different place, NOT as shown in the photos. there the staff was very rude and the activities listed in package NOT operational. The stay was given at wilderwest and NOT at kundalika rafting camp The stay is NOT at kundalika rafting camp which, the naming is totally wrong and you can get trapped in the lies of this camp. It was a harrowing experience

Dont ever make a booking with them. My trek was supposed to start on 25th August but I wasnt able to reach on time because of Union problem between Himachal and Delhi union. I conveyed this to the vendor to shift the trek to tomorrow. He agreed to that. After few minutes I get a call from him asking me to pay 1000rs extra as I am changing the date and for the guide they need 1000rs extra as I would be alone. The site says you can make a booking everyday there are no particular dates. Yet he was asking for extra payment. I later asked them to just provide me with the accomodation and food and I dont need the guide they werent even ready for that. Chetna from the customer delight team provided me with a accomodation in their camp for one day as an alternative. But really disappointed with thrillophillia. The vendor is just a money making machine. If you are planning to go to kheerganga anytime DON’T BOOK FROM THEM.

It was really horrible. Was a provided a horrible campsite. We were 4 girls in the group and crowd was shady. There was no shade over the tent during monsoon. There was no camp manager and organization was horrible. The beds were pathetic and food was also just so so. No activities as such. Campsite pathetic. The thrillophilia person through whom i booked mr sanyam mathur did not even bother to respond to my calls and messages. Pathetic response. Wouldn't recommend camping with you'll

worst experience, there were a lot of things mentioned that it will be there but after reaching the resort it was told that the motor boat is not working, the boat on which we have to row is also not working, I was ready to pay for the water scooter but they were saying the person is not available as it is festival, after insisting only I got the service.overall I feel that the it was a loss of money for me by paying and just using the swimming pool and rain dance.if it was that only I could have used the same in some resort nearby why go so far????????????

This was the worst experience I had in 5 years of my trekking history. Still regretting the decision of booking this trek via Thrillophillia. The arrangement on the whole trek right from the beginning was totally awful and was far away from what was mentioned in trek package. 1. The bus used throughout the trek for surface transfer didn't have sufficient number of seats and we had to sit in the driver's cabin. Imagine sitting on some "SO CALLED" seats without any back and side support and that too while driving on hilly roads. My back is aching till date. 2. We were supposed to get stay at Govindghat on Triple/Quad sharing basis but we were put in a dormitory with 8 people in one room. Looks like you guys bunked your Mathematics classes in school. 3. The misery didn't end here and situation worsen after reaching the base camp at Ghangaria. As per your inclusions, we were supposed to get stay in Hotel with triple/quad sharing. But on the contrary we were put in tents that too with 8 people in one tent. The tents neither had enough space for 8 people nor did they were waterproof. Water kept on coming inside the tent throughout 3 days of stay at Ghangaria and we were just surviving/sleeping somehow within the water. What other option did we have??? My camera worth 50K also got damaged because of this rain water coming in. 4. The support staff and trekking guides weren't at all experienced and inadequate for the group of 34 people. There were only 2 guides for the group and one of them was going to this trek for the first time. They were hardly 20-21 years old and weren't able to manage the group. The people were scattered throughout the trek resulting in delays on every single day. 5. There was no proper representative of the vendor. Whosoever was present was unaware of the number of people coming and kept saying that we can't do much. I wasn't expecting such kind of experience after paying 10K for the trek. If I had gone alone, I would have surely managed it within 5K that too with a hassle-free experience. I still regret the decision of booking this trek via Thrillophillia. I would ensure that this doesn't happen again in future and will also put this via my social media channels to ensure that no one ever books a trek via Thrillophillia!

Horrible, is the best word! The bus was 45min late, that was the beginning. The first stop, was the only spot og interest that day. A portugesien fort. From there it was riddiculous indoor amusement parks and very dirty beaches. The guide did not say anything in english. After lunch some guys in the bus started to provoke people and shouting of everyone. Despite small kids in the bus, the guide or driver didnt do anything. Finally the driver didnt want to take me all the way back to my origin. Only because I insisted he did! What a day, and what a waste of time.

Leh - Worst tour services provided by Thrillophilia (Cant give a single star too) I had gone for a 7 days trip to Leh with my cousins. Both the experiences were unforgettable - Leh's scenic beauty and Thrillophilia's/Operator's false promises. Following issues where faced in my entire trip - 1. Leh Room booking issue - I had booked 3 rooms for 5 of us which was confirmed on mail as well by Thrillophilia. On reaching at Leh I was told by hotel owner that I have just 2 rooms booked. After calling the operator and re confirming I was told that there are 3 rooms booked and he conveyed the same to hotel manager (Rahul) from On Ladakh. 2. Oxygen cylinder issue - We already knew that there would be breathing issues while going to Nubra-Pangong. So we thought to arrange for oxygen cylinder. We communicated to hotel manager about this and he said that there are different variants of oxygen bottle available at different costs. A night before we did this enquiry with the manager and where in panic mode as to how will we arrange oxygen bottle as we had to leave the next morning to Nubra. We were not told by operator that from where we will get oxygen bottle, who will arrange etc. So we called the operator enquiring about the same. Angchok from Active Adventure India Tour informed us that he will give the oxygen bottle to driver in morning. So we were never informed by thrillophilia or Operator that they would be providing with the oxygen bottle. After we called and enquired to the operator he informed us that we would get the same. 3. No ground level contact for tour - Before starting the Leh tour, neither anyone from thrillophilia or from operator side met us to explain us about the precautions to be taken, tour details etc. We were told by the both of them that they had come to meet us on first day , but as we were taking rest so they did not meet us. Well if they had come in, that atleast we would have got some message from hotel manager about their visit. But we never got any such message from him. After I complained to Angchok (operator) and Pradeep (Thrillophilia POC) on call, I was conveyed by them that they had come but i was unavailable. 4. Room bookings at Pangong lake - While reaching at Pangong lake, we reached at the exact location which the driver thought was our stay for the night. On reaching, the manager at Pangong Blue Lake Cottage checked the voucher which the driver shared with the cottage manager. The voucher had my name 'Rikinkumar Shah' printed but the name of stay mentioned was not full. It was mentioned as 'Blue Lake' and nothing else. The manager said that this is not the correct name so our bookings are not over here. We than went on searching for any other stay with the same name. This took us around 45 mins to 1 hr. We were already on high altitude and getting breathing issues. In mid of this we were searching for the place of our stay. We came back to Blue Lake Cottage and convinced the manager about our bookings. After too much requesting he finally allowed us to stay. 5. Sight scene for SECMOL @Leh - We had our visit planned for SECMOL for 6th July. Being Saturday it was closed. When we asked the operator whether he knew about this or not, so he said he is not aware which all days the school is closed. As they keep the school closed on any day. We enquired about this and got to know that the school remains closed on Sat and Sun. It seems the operator or thrillophilia never new about this. Probably they were conducting such visit for the first time i guess. Under exclusions of itenary it is not mentioned that in case of holidays too operator cant do anything. It was supposed to be their responsibility to re plan and adjust this spot accordingly. 6. Stay bookings - I had shared my stay bookings 2.5 months before my travel. Suddenly 7 days prior my travel I received a mail from thrillophilia that my stay at Nubra and Pangong is changed. They said it is the best property currently. They could not even inform me prior about this change. And rather than giving me new preferences they just booked my place for Nubra and Pangong. I did expect such messy issues as anyways I had already done my payment. And I was bounded since I cannot go to any other tour guide for this trip. So even if you take me to hell I had to accept it blindly. Finally after the trip, Thrillophilia person Pradeep from Leh mentioned that he will complain about the operator which he said has done verbally. Not sure how will that help and he has really done it or no. I paid the whole amount before starting my trip, so I did not expect such issues to happen. It seems there was no planning at all from Thrillophilia or operator and they were behaving like amatuers. Probably the testimonial too are like fake or paid by thrillophilia to the customers to get good reviews on their page. WORST and PATHETIC TOUR EVER TAKEN BY ANY OPERATOR. Not at all recommended by any person for this kind of services. Let me know what compensation you can give me for this.

very badly organised, the tour guide is clueless does not even have a mobile phone to be accessable.We were stopped midway since the vehicle vendor had not been paid. Certainly there are far superior tour operators who care about customers and their comfort.

Total Miss management and overall experience is worst. First thing is no proper organisation of food and serving. people were constantly asking for food and dinner was served so late after 10 PM. There is no proper barbeque arrangement as well as per written in details. Barbeque was like joke and very small quantity they were serving but for drinking people they are always having ready stock. The guy who is serving is very keen to serve people who are drinking alcohol, though alcohol was not allowed at the site and still the guy was serving them with hell lot of starters and barbeque and ignoring other guests. overall pathetic and very bad arrangement and things which are written in inclusions are actually false. This campsite is good for drunkard people and operator is very happy to serve them though alcohol is not allowed on site. Not at all recommended from my side.

The worst organizing I have ever seen... Spoiled our 31st night completely. Nothing has been given as promised. At first they mentioned 250gm chicken for person and then at the site they have provided just 4 pieces. We were not able cook BBQ properly due to no amenity provided by the organizers to cook and we somehow ate it half cooked out of hunger. Quality of the food is so bad.... The music quality was pathetic. 2 washrooms were provided for 100 people on 31st December night. For this they have charged us 3000 which is even not worth for 1000rs per person. I felt like filing a complaint on thrillophilia. Highly dissatisfied.

It was really a bad experience.. At first it was told that the trip will end at 5.30 pm. wherein we were brought back by 3 pm. Secondly they dont even allowed to spend time in water after scuba wherein other agencies have allowed their guest to spend time at the grand island beach. Then to our surprise, we were told that sight will be done which unfortunately did not happen.. there is no one there to guide you in the whole trip..you are just on your own..The support team of Thrillophilia doesnt even care about our trip.. Finally we were told that the vidoes of scuba will be provided on our email however i have been chasing Mr Abhishek whose phone is not reachable and he doesnt even care to respond on whats app.Pathetic Service by Thrillophilia and team. Regret booking the trip with you. Pathetic service from your partner Explore Water Sports.. Very rude and arrogant staffs.

absolutely pathetic arrangement ! the tents did not have sleeping bags so literally you had to sleep on the ground inside the tent despite giving them reminders, food was attrocius and uncooked to the point we have to go out to eat.no water in toilets , and unclean toilets !not worth the money! better to go for another camp in ramanagara which is a beautiful place..
