U-tan offers conference facilities, equipped with all your training requirements like LCD projector, audio, screen, white board, and exclusive dining area for conference guests. Having 26 guest rooms, we can accommodate around 70 to 100 participants.

Studio Room :  An open living and bedroom area. All apartments have a large Bay window seating that doubles up as a comfortable lounging day bed. Tempting Balconies overlook the Pool and the Endless Sea.
