If you ever want to book a stay at this heritage property, simply check Thrillophilia’s website since they offer regular deals and discounts at amazing rates for this resort. This was an actual palace, huge, spacious and royal in every sense of the term. My family and I enjoyed the views of the lake and the garden dinners. Their food is out of this world and mouth-watering, and we were treated like royalty here. Would come back here again and again for sure.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.
