  • By Metro: The activity location is 6km from the city center. It will take 25 minutes if you take the Taipei City Hall Station.
  • By Car: The activity location is 6km from the city center. It will take 20 minutes if you take Xinyi Road.

This project was jointly planned by Taipei Financial Center Corporation, a consortium of 14 enterprises, along with a professional team, and meticulously designed by master architect C.Y. Lee. Transcending conventional single-volume design concepts, it incorporates the auspicious number "8" (homophone for "prosperity" in Chinese) as its design module. Every eight floors form a structural unit, interconnected and stacked to create the whole. The rhythmic aesthetic of its exterior establishes a groundbreaking new style for international skyscrapers.

Know Before You Go for Taipei 101 Observatory Tickets

  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • Large photographic equipment is not allowed to be brought into the venue without application.
  • Children under 115 centimeters are exempt from buying tickets, and children under elementary school and middle grades (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Anyone who damages related equipment during the visit shall be liable for compensation.
  • Ticket prices may vary depending on the selected travel dates and are subject to change. Please note that last-minute bookings may carry slightly higher costs due to limited availability and increased acquisition fees.
