Shiv Dhak Trek In Kasauli

Kasauli: 
Located on the way from Chandigarh to Shimla, Kasauli is a hilly cantonment town which makes for an ideal peaceful holiday location, away from the rush.
Situated at relatively lower edges of Himalayas, Nestled amidst beautiful woody forests of pine and cedar trees, Kasauli owes its mystical and serene ambience to the lavish green forests that attract a lot of tourists who come here for experiences like Trekking, Bird Watching, Camping and Paragliding.  

Shiv Dhak Trek:
Located near the small, Offbeat town of Barog, near Kasauli. Shiv Dhak is a trek that would be loved by travellers looking for a raw pristine glimpse of nature. It is known for a relatively easy climb and amazing panoramic views of the valley from the top. There is also a small temple of Lord Shiva on the top of the trail. 

A glimpse of the Plan : 
Travellers are to be met at the start point, and from there they would be picked up in a vehicle with a Trek guide, upon reaching Barog, Start the trek towards Chiva, It is advisable to carry some snacks for rejuvenation over the way, while the guide will take care of your meals and evening snacks. Upon reaching the top, enjoy the panoramic views. Click pictures for memories and take a rest. After spending some time, trek back to Barog, where the vehicle would be waiting to drop you back to Kasauli.
