- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
- Rohtang Top's Permits are excluded. (Directly Payable to the Union)

- In case a traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Please note that the driver might turn off the vehicle’s ACs while driving in hilly areas to optimise engine performance.
- In case of heavy snowfall, if the vehicle needs to be upgraded to 4x4 then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
- While card payments are becoming increasingly accepted, remote areas in Spiti may have limited options. Please carry a mix of cash and cards for emergencies.
