Know Before You Go for Scooty Rental in Trivandrum

The scooty will be available on rent from 6 AM to 10 PM (same day).
The rental includes a total of 120 km for the duration of your booking. If you exceed the limit, an additional charge of Rs. 5 per km will apply.
The rider needs to present a copy driving license at the time of picking up the vehicle.
Fuel charges are not included in the package price. Sufficient fuel will be provided with the vehicle to reach the nearest petrol station.
The package price will include 1 helmet. For an extra helmet, additional charges of Rs. 65 will be applicable.
Participants must be above 18 years of age to book this activity.
Every scooty can only accommodate 2 people.
The scooty must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damages, delays, or excess usage will be charged accordingly.

Keep the surroundings clean by using designated bins and avoiding littering, especially in natural areas and protected zones.
At the time of pick up of the vehicle, a copy of ID proof (voter ID/aadhar card/passport) of the rider needs to be submitted. E-aadhar card/smart aadhar card will not be accepted.

Cash Refunds: Once initiated, usually take around 3-5 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
