Carry your Valid Driving license, Voter Id Card and Aadhar Card.
There will be a delivery charge, depending on the distance of the destination.
Cost of fuel to be borne by the renter.
If the customer would return the vehicle after 9 am would be charged for the next day as well.
Please make sure that you cannot take the scooty out of Goa.
In case of any damage, theft the customer is liable to compensate the vendor or the operator.
You need to submit Employee/ Student ID + Govt Identity Proof in original and a photocopy of your driving license.
International Customers need to submit a copy of their Passport and International Driving License.
The customer needs to pay the security deposit at the time of vehicle delivery.
Fuel is not included with Scooty on rent in Goa.
On account of damage to the Scooty or theft of any accessories to be borne by the renter.
If the Scooty is not clean at the time of return an additional charge will be charged as washing charges.
The security deposit is refundable once the Scooty is received in proper condition back to the operator.
Security deposit of INR 1000 is mandatory to be paid at the time of renting a vehicle in Goa.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

If cancellation is made anytime before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
