- Children aged 0-15 years and students (aged 16-24 years) with valid IDs can book the package at child prices. All visitors aged 16 years and above can book the package at adult prices.
- Admission to the permanent exhibition is free on Mondays.
- Show your smartphone ticket to the Discover Cracow representative, who'll be in front of the Schindler Factory's main door. Please be there 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
- Please note that the tours are only in English.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
