Know Before You Go for San Francisco Pass
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- Children aged 0-2 may be charged at some attractions, please check with the attraction directly in advance. Child Tickets are applicable for individuals aged 3-12 years. Adult Tickets are applicable for individuals aged 13+ years.
- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.
- Activate your pass by visiting your first attraction. Use your voucher for 24 month(s) from the date of booking.
- Once activated, the validity is based on the specified number of calendar days only and not on 24-hour periods. For example, if you activate your 1 Day Pass on 11 August 2022, you will only be able to use it until 23:59 of that same day.
- Most attractions included on the pass can only be visited once. For more information on each attraction, please refer to your digital guide.
