The Room:

There are two room variants available at the Balaram Palace Heritage Resort
Deluxe Cottage is 80 sq.m in size and have a double bed and a private balcony with mesmerizing jungle views
Super Deluxe Cottage is air conditioned, large and spacious with a king size double bed, dry dressing, and a private balcony with jungle views

The rooms can accommodate 2 adults and one child on an extra mattress, come with an attached washroom and are equipped with all essential and modern amenities

The entire place is frequently sanitized following all protocols to ensure maximum safety of all guests

Meals:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) are included in the package

How to reach Royal Safari Camp Banjana?

The retreat is situated around 35 km from the Sanctuary and 90 km from Ahmedabad railway station. The place is connected to all the major cities in the region.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

Usage of the swimming pool is strictly according to government guidelines.

Minimum 2 people are required to book this package.

For a hygienic stay, the staff cleans the rooms and the common areas every day.

The sanitizer dispensers have been placed in all common areas.

Royal Safari Camp, Banjana: Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
